Bombshell, Aaron's lawyer suggested MamaK get a hro against Nick, after she approached him (Aaron's lawyer) after court. She seemed hesitant since it would mean no more curry reporting.

As you pointed out he probably could have easily gotten it thrown out at the outset when the evidence was scant.

Instead he spent a year pissing off the court and generating mountains of evidence against himself.

For all the times he's slagged off Mamma K for the way she looks - she looks a hell of a lot better than Kayla. The absolute nerve.
 
So:
- The Barneswalker no-showed the hearing. Barneswalker Junior (whats-his-name) was the attorney in court
- Melton no-showed the hearing based on a doctors note from a doctor in Tennessee whose address is a UPS Store. It was noted that Melton was healthy enough for Hackamania but not healthy enough to attend the hearing.
- When the attorneys came out of the judge's chambers, Nick called for a recess in court and the judge allowed it.
- Nick's weird outburst at the end of the hearing was in the courtroom and within the hearing of the judge. Nick was said to have had a full tantrum with girlish head flip & walked back into the courtroom when Aaron's attorney said "what" in response to Nick's CLE comment.
- Somewhere today Nick claims that he did indeed call Aaron a faggot in the courtroom. But nobody understands what this means. [EDIT - Just to be clear, Nick did not call him a faggot in court that any witness in court heard. But Nick seems to be insisting he did]
- Nick's car does have body damage to that panel
- There is a general impression I think that Nick is becoming more unhinged, childish and less controlled in his behavior.

This whole situation is so bizarre that trying to understand Rekieta’s reasoning is almost pointless.

Even attempting to analyze his motivations for berating opposing counsel in front of a judge is enough to make one question his sanity.

At first, I thought Aaron was exaggerating.

Then his Reddit alt account hinted at some grand underlying motive, and I briefly entertained the idea that Rekieta believed typing a few magic words into the docket would somehow trigger step 50 of his master plan to ruin Imholte’s life.

Now it just looks like he has completely lost it. He is operating on pure impulse, with no real control over his own situation. And while that is happening, he is still desperately trying to gaslight toelogs into believing there is some grand plan, posturing as if calling Aaron a faggot in open court were a calculated move, all so they do not turn on him.

If there was any confusion on this point, none of the witnesses in the court ever heard Nick call Aaron a faggot in court. But according to I think the stream with Mama K as a guest Nick claimed (maybe on twitter?) that he did call him a faggot in court. This is just what I thought I heard. I didn't personally see any message from Nick saying that he had said it.

I also do not believe that happened. All the more reason to think he is just desperately trying to appease toelogs into not turning on him, because they will eat him alive. They do not operate on “do not touch the cow” rules.

I genuinely think that Nick's plan is to humiliate Aaron because he's upset that Aaron left, told everyone what a faggot Nick is, and that he didn't cover for Nick when the cops interrogated him. Aside from the teased civil suit it isn't deeper than that.

Nick calling Aaron a faggot in court is a victory for him because the idea that Aaron is called a faggot in a sealed transcript will make dabblers laugh at Aaron for a few minutes. There is no master plan where he calls Aaron a faggot, the judge agrees, and ends the HRO. Nick is just generating content for the Toe-logs because he thinks that'll epically own Aaron.

The difference is Rekieta doesn't do the shrieking yelling big man performance on streams any more. He doesn't do the boasting and the peacocking like he used to.
He's done. It's just the corpse of who he was twitching now.
