Just for the sake of argument, what could have Aaron told the cops in order to "cover" for Nick in that particular situation?

I assume he wanted Aaron to plead the fifth and not help the investigation of an evil drug addict while potentially putting himself at risk even though they had Nick dead to rights anyways.

He also is upset that Aaron got to go free despite also doing drugs (Nick's "doing drugs is legal, it's just possession that's illegal" logic should clue him in, but Nick's never been consistent)

His sekret plan is to take 40 hours of CLE on restraining orders and then he's going to *read the statute* to the court. Checkmate judge! Then he's going to force his lawyer to object to everything with "Objection! Did you even read the statute? Aaron's a faggot!" It's foolproof. No lawyer that's current in their HRO CLEs would even represent Aaron let alone file a complaint on his behalf.

It would be funny if 2 weeks before the hearing Aaron's lawyer filed a motion for continuance: "Having just read the HRO statute as suggested by defendant, we're going to need more time to reflect on the particulars."

People tend to forget that, even after Aaron left the Qover and April left him to do coke 24/7 and be a nanny in Spicer, Aaron was staunchly covering for them up to the arrests, to the detriment of his own mental state and local reputation.

I think that if April weren't arrested with the other 2, Aaron may have shut his mouth, but the arrests plus Nick taunting him with the King David talk around the time of the cokestream forced Aaron's hand.
 
- Nick was just being friendly to a fellow lawyer by talking to Aaron's lawyer about getting more familiar with the harassment statute. Nick was completely calm. He just wanted to help the guy.
- A "professional" attorney would have thanked Nick for helping him. that would have shut down Nick immediately. He made a fool of himself.
- And now Nick knows that he just has to act like a child during the trial to win. Because Aaron's attorney gave him a critical tell. Nick is so smart. Lots of joker laughs.

Las Vegas and the HRO hearing

- Nick was awake for 40 hours straight until monday
- The court didn't need Nick to be present
- Nick's attorney is going to bury Aaron's attorney for fraud. Melton's medical condition has been well documented for many weeks.
- Nick was never trying to delay the HRO.
- Aaron is asking for an extension to the HRO for things that happened at Hackamania
- Nick says that "free speech" can't be restrained by HROs. Nick is promising to make an appeal if he doesn't win.
- Its the judge's fault for not dismissing the HRO
- Nick was accused of speaking at length about Aaron's dick. Nick was just sharing stories that he knew about Aaron and its just fair to share stories about guy's dicks on the internet.
- When the hearing happens, Nick is going to put on the court record all the stories about Aaron's dick and all the stories that Aaron ever told him about his dick. Since Aaron talked to him about his dick, Nick says that it can't be harassment to talk on the internet about his dick.
- Nick claims that bits done long ago on Aaron's show with April about his sex life (the orgasm thing) with Aaron proves that Nick should be able to talk about Aaron's dick.
- Nothing happened at the hearing except court scheduling.

Hackamania
- Nick and wife love to dress up when they go places. Nick loves how Kayla looked in the skank dress with her saggy tits.
- Kayla's theme for the weekend in dressing was "sparkly"
- She wore her Mar-a-Lago dress during the weekend.

- Saturday
- Nick likes the guys who did the first show on saturday but he was sleeping at 4pm and didn't see it.
- He had nothing to say about Melton's show.
- Sunday
- Nick talks about his appearance on Melton's other show. It was a good time for Nick. A real good time.
- Nick repeats that AARON ATE HIS GOO. Nick is not gay though.
- Nick can prove EVERYTHING he said at Hackamania. Therefore its not harassment.
- Nick laughs about when he will able to go into court and say that all his stories about Aaron are "true" and therefore not harassment.
- Nick saw whores in Vegas with his wife out on the street at 1am. Watching whores on the strip in the middle of the night is very fun for them.

- Nick talked about his theory that Aaron is a closeted homosexual. But he can't prove it.
- Aaron ate his goo because Aaron thought that April would find him eating nick's goo sexy. Just a theory from Nick.
