I can't think of a good conflict name. Something "two" since this feels like the WWII with jarbo flagging was WWI/the great war.

I really doubt that Jer attends church frequently enough now for the church leadership to even know who he is. I'm sure he attended more frequently when he thought Melonie Mac was going to be is concubine.

He comes off as one of those guys who goes somewhere 2-3 times and puts in the effort to learn people's names so he can name drop them as it serves him . In this case, feigning piety.

Every other month for years TheQuartering has claimed to be banned, shadow banned (no one was watching his garbage), the algorithm kicked him out, Facebook community has been banned... the only people who ever banned him was Hasbro and then only after he publicly called out their MtG judge and said the judge was a kiddie diddler.
