Yep. In the case of Legal Dicksucker Mindset he's been parading this like it's a huge win while simultaneously coping that the prosecution can still appeal the sentence as being too light and that Johnny might possibly if the stars align have to register as a sex offender in the US. This is all despite him hyping it up beforehand as the judge and the prosecution apparently looking like they were going to crucify Johnny and that he and his crack team of autistic alogs had been spending who knows how long flooding the prosecution with evidence against Johnny.

Any amount of jail time is a win. I was certain they would just deport him to stop dealing with him. The real upside is that as others have said, travel becomes very difficult for him and his retarded "career" is over.

Anyone hoping for multiple years was delusional. Only stuff like murder/drugs gets you that in first world countries. No one wants to pay to house some retard foreigner.

The real punishment imo was ruining his streaming career by having him trapped in Korea for years now. Jail looks like it's mostly symbolic. I doubt he's going to have to register as a sex offender stateside, too.
 
So, extrapolating on what various sources say, the retarded ape will be doing hard labor 14 hours a day, given barely enough bland rice & fish for meals to meet his caloric needs, chained to the wall, and shoved in a small cell with at least 5 or 6 other men.

When you add the fact that he can barely speak the language, sticks out like a sore thumb, is already hated by the populace, then Smally is certain to chimp out enough to earn time in solitude or a “wooden shampoo” on a regular basis.

Sure, the “official” protocol for Korean prisons is that unsanctioned beatings or rapings aren’t “allowed”, but with overcrowded prisons, it’s extremely hard to prevent or stop them until it’s too late. Plus if he continues to act like the retarded baboon he is, eventually the staff will get sick of his shit and turn a blind eye when he gets a sharpened toothbrush jammed in his dick.

Can we change the poll to vote on how long it will take before he gets his ass beat or raped? I give it three days before he gets his teeth knocked in and three weeks before his shit gets pushed in.
 
Johnny also has the fun of detoxing from whatever drugs and alcohol he has been throwing down his throat the last months. Guaranteed the Korean jail systems isn't going to be to sympathetic to him coming down and wont dose him up with anything to help. Couple that with an imposed schedule, getting up, working etc, then he is in or a rough 6 months.

Not forgetting who he is...no one in that jail will put up with him and he will either be stuck in solitary for his own safety or be someones bitch..he should consider himself lucky if he gets out in one piece

The biggest detox for Smally will be not getting the attention he craves or being able to chimp out minus consequences. If he starts his usual bullshit, he might either get dragged into some tiny concrete box or “pillow partied” by his cell mates in the middle of the night.
 
If korea prison is anything like nippon, he might actually not get beat or raped. I know it's difficult for us white people to imagine but in those countries the social order kind of still works in prison. It's not like the rape/murder adult daycare centers in the west.

It's entirely plausible he will spend the entire 6 months essentially alone, no one to talk to, doing nothing but mind numbing labor and eating disgusting gook food. Which is all excellent.

if he doesnt work they'll reduce his food or throw him in solitary. if he assaults a guard or prisoner and is charged for it, he'll be stuck in korea until that trial and sentence is played out. rinse repeat.
