This is either the least socially aware Vtuber ever (a very tall order), or it’s a grift that somehow manages to be even more shameless than Hambly, if such a thing is even possible. It also might be a pure fabrication and I can’t even tell whether that would make the grift more reprehensible or not.

Regardless, the fact that Russian State Television featured a vtuber is a hilarious new low, even for them.
