It makes me think that Amber is trying to slowly get back into Krystle's good love graces by saying she dreamt about her. It can spark a conversation that Amber would hope would lead Krystle to loving her again (since Krystle was the one to break the relationship off). The reason I believe this is because of the $1400 a month - Amber has been complaining about working and about not being able to pay for rent/food, so she clearly misses being given money without working for it.
ETA: Plus, I doubt that was her "last dream" since it was a little over A WEEK AGO. She just chose to put that dream there for those reasons.

I think she was pity posting. Krystle follows her on there and sent her a shit ton of questions. She was probably trying to trick Krystle or someone to send her fat ass money. The amount she fucking eats out...no way do they only have $17 left.

I'm extremely curious what Krystle's parents are like, giving that amount of money to Amber. It's been pointed out that maybe Krystle's parents were overjoyed that their daughter was interacting with someone, but this is a whole new level of weird. Who does that?

It's also been noted that Amber's plans to see Krystle changed around so that her parents would be away, hinting at some amount of dislike between the two parties.
We also know that Kasey's and Destiny's mothers hate Amber because she's a sack of shit, so I guess Krystle's parents hating Amber isn't so far of a stretch.

But I still don't understand why they'd give Amber that amount of money, or take her in the first place.

In one of her old videos when she was still living with Krystal they went and bought some cards and gifts for krystal's mother, for mothers day if I remember correctly. In her card Amberlynn wrote and read something that made it seem like Krystal's mom had hated her at some point or in the begining Idk.

There's every chance they didn't - they gave it to Krystal. We've seen before how Amber appropriates; everything is hers and becomes so instantly. When she moved in with Destiny she was referring to "my cat/dogs" straight away but by no stretch were they anything like hers. They weren't even jointly owned or Destiny's, "her" pets belonged to Destiny's family.

And everything from their mutual living situation was "mine" - Destiny pretty much left everything behind except for one TV and Jax and she had to fight for him. Two weeks after she has insinuated herself into a situation, everything in it is hers. Except responsibility. All that pointless crap she has amassed will suddenly become "ours" again when she leaves that place, but until she needs to offload it everything belongs to her regardless of actual provenance.

Tl;dr - Krystal's money became "mine."

Very true she used to say for everything my/mine, my kitchen, my room, my cat, never ''our''. I'm sure they didn't, it didn't seem she had all those money at that time, she would shop occasionally but nothing compared to what she did with destiny. She shopped very little and mostly things usually even less expensive than walmart, for example crappy jewelry at shopmisa and she didn't even have bills or rent and didn't eat out very often. So where were going $1400 a month if it's true. The very fact she started acting like crazy with both things, shopping and eating out, supports the fact that she has never had that much freedom with money until that point.
