He's talked a lot on stream about wanting his Quickplay vs. Casual series to be as digestible as possible to the "community," tourists, and the actual playerbase. Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory was released in 2003. The map in this video, Gold Rush, is a release map. You escort a tank to the gold vault, it blows up the front of the building, then you escort the gold payload to the map exit to win. Quite payload-like to me. Maybe there are even earlier examples, but this is one I'm very familiar with.

There were quite a few maps in W:ET that had pushing a vehicle as an objective, Fuel dump was also like goldrush with a tank you take to the end, and Rail gun had a train both teams could move back and forth by getting on it. Those objectives were also carried into the spiritual successor that also preceded TF2, Enemy Territory Quake Wars that no one but me has played (it was so good though)

Some developments on the Team Fortress (2007) front:

First off, the dev came out with an announcement post claiming he was hacked and that hackers posted other game names onto the page or something, I don't know. His explanation makes no sense:


The lead of this project is a guy named Casper, who goes by casperjolo on YouTube and Discord. Googling "casperjolo" brings up many game dev related results tied to that username.

This appid started out as a game called Graphictoria on April 18th. Casper has a release trailer for "Graphictoria 6" uploaded to his YT. What's weird to me is I can find YouTube videos on Graphictoria from 4 years ago but I don't think it was on Steam at all? I haven't done any digging on this though.

The game was then renamed to The Amazing Digital Circus two days later on the 20th. And then it was renamed to Team Fortress 2 (2007) a day later on the 21st. This all can be seen through SteamDB.

If I read Casper's announcement correctly, he's claiming his publisher thing was hacked and someone else did those other games. That don't make sense considering his Graphictoria content on his YouTube. I was going to expound upon this uncertainty a bit more, but you'll see why I didn't when you get to the end of this post.

Now I went to look the mod up again, and it seems to have been pulled from the storefront entirely. So I went to Knockout.chat to swipe the copy of the announcement that I knew had been posted there, and saw this post from this particular inbred faggot named MTD:

Don't beat yourself up, you got one of the two in that archived tweet link at the top of your post. That tweet was a quote reply to one of the two tweets @MeetTheTeamTF2 made, specifically the first tweet @MeetTheTeamTF2 made addressing the "hacking". The second tweet was just an addendum with nothing much of value in it, so nothing was lost. Honestly, I had been looking at those tweets for hours, and I didn't once think to archive them.

Search Twitter for "@MeetTheTeamTF2", switch to "Latest", and you'll find all the replies to the deleted tweets. Last I remember, only the first tweet had replies. The addendum tweet went un-replied-to.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess that he is, especially considering that Graphictoria 6 Steam reveal trailer on his @casperjolo youtube channel.

Graphictoria appears to be a ripped game, which would make sense as this person would rip games. He appears to spend a lot of his time within Discord servers like he did with Kogama. As for his Roblox account, I think that was deleted.

Sometime last year, MFD was notified via a user report that someone named SparklingPishy was running a Roblox porn game server making thousands of dollars. Within a day I had gotten all of his games and the account that was hosting them deleted and didn't think much of it.

I tried looking up his username but got no results, he must've been doing things other than Roblox. I believe he has been inactive there.

Him ripping games is a repeated behavior with no clear motivation. Anytime he would republish a game, it would result in him losing money. I have noted from the steampage metadata that there was a Discord invite and a Xitter linked.

Sadly the Discord invite is invalid. As for the Xitter, it is an account with no post, yet oddly has 500 followers and follows Valve and Hytale profiles.
