In this case, it's astounding autism, and while we say that a lot around here, I mean actual, literal autism. He somehow thought someone who is just a mod here could make a thread disappear, that somehow nobody would notice this, and could somehow stop anyone else from creating it again. It shows a total inability to understand even a social situation on a web forum itself full of autists.
Suppose he'd got @JSGOTI to remove the thread on the threat of doxing some random Polacks. It would have just been immediately reversed by some other mod or @Null. This is obvious to anyone without mental defects.
