There is such a thing as leg-lengthening surgery. It is excruciatingly painful -- a friend of mine in grad school had it done because one of her legs was a good five inches shorter than the other. But it seems to be more and more common in, IIRC, Korea and Japan, where women patients aim to make themselves about 5'4" -- not too short, not threateningly tall. There is, of course, the slight problem of the incredible pain, the risk, the months spent off your feet and unable to do some very basic things for yourself, and in the US, the question of whether insurance will pay for it (as in my friend's case, because it was needed) or consider it elective cosmetic surgery. But hey, what doesn't have drawbacks, amirite?

So there's dick surgery, there's leg surgery... is there also one that gives you a spine and a pair of balls? Oh and a chin. Wizards are notoriously chinless.

I don't understand why not getting laid is such a big deal to these people.

Maybe they should get a job that allows them to get their own place?

I agree for the most part, but the word in itself really has no meaning. Which seems like what you were getting at. Loser is a subjective descriptor exactly like the word normalfag has pretty much become on Wizardchan. Calling someone a normalfag on WC carries no meaning anymore besides as a general all encompassing negative word to sling at someone. Don't like a game? Say it's for normalfags. Don't like his opinion? Call him a normalfag. Burnt your toast? Blame the normalfags.

So I realize how useless and uncreative the word has become. What I'm getting at though is that there are a lot of words this is true for. Calling things gay, degenerate, autistic, loser, ect. ect. Well sperg and degen are more of an online buzzword, but everything I listed are still pointless descriptors that carry no weight. I know I've occasionally used similar jabs at people, but I've been consciously cutting back.

tl;dr - If you want to make fun of me at least pick something that makes me actually question my behavior versus calling me a loser
Also goes for saying all wizarchan users are losers.
If your definition of a loser is specifically virgin male, then spit it out.

People look down on inactivity in the face of one's problems coupled with blame slinging. There's a lot that going around in the wizard/loveshy community. No one here is mocking anyone for how much sex they are or aren't having.

Well that is specifically what Wizardchan is for. Virgin males. Nothing else. Why else would entire thread exist here?
I'm not proud of my virginity, but I'm not ashamed either. It is the way it's not a problem. Virginity has never held me back from finding success in any other aspect of life and I don't plan on letting it.

I guess what bothers people is that whether or not it's truly the predominant opinion, there is a noticeable strain of thought advanced by some wizards that because they can't get laid or advance in society, that they should just shut down by their early 20's.

@Glaive, you seem to be a very agreeable fellow and I hope the best for you. It's the defeatism about Wizardchan that bothers me, not the virginity.

That's a good attitude to have.

It's not the virginity that bothers anyone. It's the way the users make a big deal out of it and demonize the "sluts" and "Chads" of the world under the NEET flag. Depression plays a huge part in all of that and the community itself doesn't help. That's what people don't like.

Does anyone really have to say anything more than 'succubi'? Wizardchan has a high proportion of whiny, entitled, passive-aggressive arseholes. That might not be everyone that uses the site but then this forum doesn't mock every thread on there.

I definitely classify a loser as someone who whines and does nothing to improve their situation. I also consider bigots to be losers as they prefer their nasty little cocoon of hate to difficult thoughts and questions.

There seems to be a rise of users on WC according to some threads on /meta/. According to the threads, it's 40-50 users. Could be due to Elliot Rodger?

It's not the fact that everyone there is a virgin that bothers me about wizardchan. It's how fucking hateful and paranoid they can be. They lash out against pretty much anybody that isn't them, and they do it all because they're absolutely convinced that the person they're lashing out at is looking down at them for their virginity (even though most of them would probably have no idea that they were virgins, and wouldn't give a shit if they knew)
