"failing to test" and "missing a test" can be different. Shy bladder, missing the cup, wrong urine temp, dilution, etc, etc, can all be a "failing to test" while technically showing up. It's Rekieta word games. I have no idea what his exact lie is but safe to say he's lying.

If you have a valid DEA number any pharmacy will fill the script. It's up to the DEA to review and question the prescription. That's where Dr. Steve's dick will get fed to the woodchipper.

Given that you are the resident Dabbleverse expert, what do you think are the chances this "Dr. Steve" situation goes so pear-shaped that there is a "night of the long knives" type situation against Melton's camp (which includes Nick)?

Like I get that normal SOP is to just blame Aaron for everything, but I have also heard that "Dr. Steve" is well liked in the community, and Nick seems really freaked out about the things he's hearing from them regarding this.

One thing is that the old PO let Rekieta report his own test results somehow and the new PO said I think we'll be slightly more involved than that and what the fuck has been going on anyway. He went for a long stretch with no tests at all and the current PO is unhappy about it since Rekieta is not an easy subject to deal with and he has people (multiple people) reporting that he is apparently affected by substances including a local shop manager.
Pretty sure he is also arguing that abusing prescription drugs is 100% legal even when he is dosing himself instead of taking drugs occasionally as the directions require. He has found a gray area so he can be a junkie or it used to be that way.
He gets high however he can whenever he can, like a chug drinking anti freeze.

Or in his case, doing shot after shot of Galaxy Gas until his fingers fall off. I have to wonder looking back if the whole phrase where he was desperately using the galaxy gas was when he was under really strict drug testing and that he only started to cut that back once the testing of him got easier to cheat in various ways.

But yeah. he is such a degenerate addict that he has to get high on something. If they cut off the galaxy gas, he would probably start sniffing glue or huffing paint.

I dunno. As always, I have to remind myself this is Minnesota. What should happen, and what will happen, can be two different things.

Something has very definitely got Nick in meltdown mode again though. As I and others have noted, this insanity seemed to ramp up again dramatically following Hackamania. Maybe we'll know soon enough. ETA: It may very well be this Dr. Steve shit.
