This could be attributed to an artistic stance and not a bad one because it makes people think. I never liked her music/shtik and I certainly think she looks like ass but her looks and how she chooses to age are hers to decide same as for the rest of us.
Sure, but there’s nothing unique or original about what she’s choosing.

I might buy this but for the fact that she fell back on it after her attempts of being a mature "artiste" didn't fall flat, and her only shot at reacquiring relevance was competing with who was essentially her musical peer group.

She's a massive cunt, all of her exes can attest to this. She's even let the mask slip a few times in public, like the time she got caught on a hot mic cuntishly denigrating a fan for giving her a flower. She then released an equally cuntish and cringe "apology" video begging forgiveness....to the hydrangea. Not the fan.

I feel so sorry for her kids. But, the good news is Madonna looks like she's on the verge of death. She's pretty much 90% filler and STILL looks like the cryptkeeper.

Julie Brown was ahead of her time when she made this parody movie about her.

Oh wow, what a fantastic thread! Wish I knew there was one sooner. I would have made an account before it died/got quiet. At least it's not closed so I can drop my 2 cents.
I'm a fan of 20 years but I'm self aware enough to know she's a nut case, a degen, a liar, a manipulator, has fucked up her face and is a very selfish person who selectively picks who to respect.

I think most of her personality boils down to having both mommy and daddy issues. Her mother died when she was 5 and her dad became alcoholic and was abusive at least verbally and mentally. She's from a big family and she was desperate for attention like most children. Most of her horror stories from her early days before the fame in NYC are sad results of just as sad decisions. Her family wasnt rich but not poor either. She always had her home to fall back on and she was able to communicate with them and she chose to ignore it because she craved fame.

Now if you don't mind, I will give her some credits. I cannot stand when celebrities get political or pretend to do activism, because it's virtue signalling and the most "not in my backyard" type shit 95% of the time. But since she's a Bitchdonna, to me her activism for aids and Malawi actually feels more... genuine? For a person like her, who is so self-centered, to stand for something for many years HAS to mean she cares, right? She was the only big singer in the 80s/90s to talk about aids openly and do prevention campaigns. The only other I know of is Freddie Mercury when he said he had it and was about to die. And for Annie Lennox, she started doing it to the extant Madonna did in the mid 2000s. Now despite that, I think M is a complete retard on any other topics. I believe she's the ultimate goy, but I might explain that another time, the thread has the proof already too. Goydonna...

The second thing I want to "defend her" on is the claims she might be a drug addict. I dont think she is, and if she was, she stopped long ago. She was/is way too obsessed with health and fitness to be a complete reckless druggy. And a lot of her peers known for substance abuse already died 10+ years ago, (Mj, Withney, Prince, George Michael...) What I'm going to say next, might contradict my case, but I do agree she might be addicted to pain killers since she gave up on her "like a martyr" act after her horse accident. There is pictures and videos of her smoking weed too. (I will blame her BBC cravings for that) But her physical capabilities only started to deteriorate after the MDNA world tour. That tour truly drained her physically and mentally. But she's still physically in very good shape for her age... even her Veinydonna arms. She also stated she hates the feeling of being drunk/on drugs. (But can you trust a single word coming out of her mouth?)

(I will also thank her for pretty much desensitizing the Catholic Church to blasphemy.)

Let's talk about Confessions II, shall we? 🪩

The queen of reinvention, reinvents herself by... recreating her last massively acclaimed studio album she made over 20 years ago... She released a new song: "I feel so free". I think it's an awful attempt at recreating Confessions on a Dancefloor. I cant believe Stuart Price greenlit this. The production sounds like her 1981 demo of Stay; which i love, but no finished songs by a huge artist should sound like a 45 years old demo. Its also a copycat of her song Future Lovers because it uses the same sample of I Feel Love by Donna Summer. REINVENTION MY ASS. :lossmanjack:

And y'all should see how the typical Madonna fans (old faggots) are reacting...

Is this the idolatry Protestants keep accusing Catholics of?🤔

She also did a song with Sabrina Carpenter and performed it at Coachella. And somehow... in her big galaxydonna brain, a song with the BIGGEST FEMALE POP SINGER OF THE MOMENT is NOT worthy of being the lead single?? Sillydonna.. It's better than the other one at least, If you havent seen the album cover(s) though. Just look at her site... You have to see it on an official source otherwise y'all will think it's a joke. It screams graphic design is my passion. How do you fumble a Y2K purple disco aesthetic? Anyways I was expecting nothing and I'm still disappointed. She threatened promised a dance banger à la Hung up. I even heard rumours about a music video that would be raunchier than Erotica's with all these celebrities cameos but maybe it's for the song with Sabrina... or a lie... (Please be a lie).

Also I see talks about her Celebration tour but it seems nobody here went to see it... Untill me! So I will do a "quick" retelling of what happened:
First act: Bob enters through the floor crowd. Yaps a bit and Madonna enters and do Nothing Really Matters. It was very good and gave me the chills. Then proceed the first act about the 80s. She fakes playing guitar for Burning Up and she's hidden by curtains for most of the audience for the song. Its very jovial and she talks to the crowd before Open Your heart. 90% of the act is on the left side of the stage.

Secont act: A back up dancers "dies" at the end of Holiday. It takes a serious turn, there's thunder, and she sings parts of In This Life. Then Live to Tell starts and she's elevated on a platform. It's a tribute for victims of aids. Then the show starts to lose its magic. There's a very long and boring pagan/satanic interlude and does Like a Prayer. I got scared because the beginning of Unholy started playing and I thought Sam Smith or Kim Petras would join her to sing it.

Third act: Its the 90s. Long Bob interlude. Cue the Whoredonna fest, a throwback to the Erotica boxing number from The girlie show (her worst tour after Madame XXL), A goon sesh with her Blond Ambition latex version and the shittiest remix EVER of Justify my love while an orgy is simulated through contemporary/modern dance on stage. Then Hung Up even though its the 90s and finishes with Bad Girl (with her normal daughter, Mercy James on the piano. It was beautiful) Highlight of the show. She was wearing a lacy red dress looking like an horny granny with a wig similar to her marcelle wave of the early 90s hair. Which deteriorated as the tour went on.

Fourth act: Still the 90s. Ballroom slop. She truly made the vogue scene look dreamy with that song of her because IRL, its boring as SHIT. They recreated a voguing contest and it just never ended. Disgusting moment happens on stage where 3 male dancers get almost naked and start grinding on the horny hag. One of them does the split and shows off his bootyhole to the audience. Estelle is on stage at that moment too by the way... Everything mellows down with Human Nature and Crazy for You. Cute vocals on Crazy for You (Observe how now the chronological order/aspect of the show is out the window)

Fifth act: Another long interlude, post apocalyptic looking, also a throw back to the Girlie show with The Beast Within playing. Does Die Another Day (THE BEST PART OF THE SHOW AND IM NOT KIDDING) Does another bunch of random songs in a cowboy theme. She yaps a bit before the accousitc version of Express Yourself. Puts a gay flag on for dont Cry for me Argentina as if the gay activism wasnt enough during Vogue. Show is starting to feel rushed through. (If you're wondering why I'm not mentioning Music, it's because she only did it in Brazil) David was also alongside her during that act.

Sixth act: Another long interlude but more tolerable. She comes in with the holographic suit making her ass look like a full diaper. Poodonna. She does a shitty Ray of light remix and the cringe dancing that went viral. The light work was good for ROL but it's hands down the worse segment of the show. Act finishes with Rain. Wished she did Take a Bow instead.

Seventh act: Starts with a MJ tribute with a mash up of Billie Jeans and Like a Virgin. Cute. Does Bitch Im Madonna, Give me All your Luvin and ends with Celebration. All the dancers are dressed up with replicas of her past most iconic looks. Bob notices me in the crowd (idk he just looked and pointed at me for a few seconds). Show ends. The ending felt rushed as it lasted less than 10 minutes. No encore.

Yeah I spend money on Madonna tickets, drag me. At first, I was scared she might arrive late because she loves to do that. Luckily, she arrived in time and granny was in a good mood too! Happydonna. The merch was awful, beside the Blond Ambition jacket and the gold Rosary. I didnt found the jacket at the show and the rosary was only for the show in Brazil.

With retrospect, the first act + Live To tell was probably the best part, the most simple, most nostalgic and most normal act. The intro went hard especially since it forced Bob to stfu. The songs choice was good. But there was a few issues with it. (issues that were observed through out the show) Her backing vocals were louder than her for the more energic songs which isnt surprising and I don't mind it much for her age. Like I explained, for Burning Up huge curtain things dropped and blocked her to most of the audience. They were projecting stuff on them. They were also green screening Madonna for the backdrop visuals and it looked very cheap. Those same curtains appeared EVERYWHERE for Live to tell and a few other songs likely blocking people's sight again.

I also realised during the whole show she barely went (and barely nothing even happened), on the right section of the stage. She was predominantly on the left or center side for almost the whole show. And was on the right side for only the goon sesh with her Blond Ambition clone and Human Nature/Crazy for You so less than 5 minutes as the song I mentioned where shortened. That's a shitty use of the staging if you ask me.

When Open Your Heart started, she spat water and threw a water bottle at the crowd. Classydonna. To a show my friend went to, the way she threw the bottle could have seriously injured someone even people in the crowd gasped in fear (He was filming when it happened).

I also noticed something else during Open Your Heart, Her back up dancers had wardrobe malfunctions every five seconds, some of the guys were in high heels and couldnt put two steps together without tripping. They are amateur freaks from the deepest part of NYC's sewer system. Ugly morons who look like they have invade the women's bathrooms at Disney World. Truly the DEI hires the right kept talking about in 2024. :stress: So far from the beasts she had for the Confessions tour and Sticky and Sweet tour. Ironically, the one I thought was half decent did the worst fuck up later when he dropped her during Open You Heart. They were the worse thing about the show. Nothing but a bunch of retard thumbling around like naked freaks at gay prides in front of children. Oh and btw, I SAW CHILDREN AT THE SHOW. One of her dancer held a football during Vogue (dont ask me why he was wearing football equipments, the show's concepts and visual made less and less sense as it went on). He eventually dropped it and it rolled inside the mechanical parts of the rotating platform. And that was the moment I was fucking done with these incompetent swines. That said, they did a good job during Die Another Day but only because they were covered form head to toes and had to stay in one place.

The show felt more and more rushed as it went on. Especially the ending. But I heard that the show was meant to be longer and have at least one other act and/or a longer final act. But due to Madonna still recovering from her health scare, a lof of it was scrapped. Apparently Music and 4 minutes were intended to be part of the show. A bit disappointing but if it's for health reasons I can't be upset at it.

I also observed the used of AI on the backdrops during the show for Dont tell me and La Isla Bonita during Act 5 and also the ending. I thought Bedtime Story had some too but I found out it was made by a real digital artist. Bedtime story also had the cheap greenscreen of M.

She even did Mother and Father during the show. That was so bizarre. I was the only one knowing the lyrics in my section lol. I dont know why she chose to do that song in a greatest hits tour. Goofydonna. I aint mad at it though. I love an obscure track. 😄

Just to summerize:
Highlights: Production value, light works, staging, Act 1, nothing really matters, Live to tell, bad girl, die another day, the simple fact she did Bedtime story, she only did 2 songs from her last 4 albums.
Low points: Backup dancers, Ray of Light, the long interludes, the voguing battle segment, most of her costumes, the too many references to Erotica/the girlie show, the show gradually becoming more and more rushed as it went on.
Show is a 7.5/10 despite all the flaws the only thing that truly drag it down for me was the backup dancers.

I will finish by saying something that was never mentioned here before. I remember reading a comment daring Madonna to dunk on Islam. But in 2012, she tried to. Her song Superstar was intended to have a music video. She wanted to wear a traditional Iraqi wedding gown in army camo with a suicide bomber vest on top. Bismilladonna.🧕It is nicknamed the "Terror Bride" dress. Her team told her to not do it as it would be a bigger PR disaster for her than mocking Christianity because the moomoos would threaten her life and her family. So she dropped the idea and eventually the music video was scrapped altogether. womp womp.

I would like to give my 2 cents on her troon obsession but my post is long enough already. (Rip the mod who will have to review it because I'm a new member.) Anyways, thank you for making this thread it was awesome to read, I dont even know if i'll still be active on this site after this. LMAO

Because she has nothing else but being "sexy".

Her whole identity, even from the beginning of her career, has been about how hot she is.

We all thought (people of my age anyway) that when Ray of Light hit, that she was a finally grown up version of Madonna and she would stop irritating all of us with how sexy she thinks she is. And then...American Life hit with a thud, not to mention her movie career.

She must have thought that her trying to be more mature and having something to say was not what people wanted from her, so she went back to "look at how sexual I am", not understanding that that game was for younger singers. Eventually, you need to have something to say other than, "I'm still hot, and if you don't think so, I'm going to make it your problem."
Blame Brett Ratner for this.

Seriously, he brain broke Madonna and undid all the growth she had made as a person during the Ray of Light era when he told her she was too old to dress up in her old outfits for her original pitch for the video for Beautiful Stranger.

She's parterning with Grindr for a special vinyl of her upcoming album. I have to say, it looks better than the other vinyls, cds and cassettes on her site. But it's cringe nonetheless.

Also her song with Sabrina will be released the 30th of April. There's a preview of the studio version on youtube but the full version at Coachella was uploaded too. It's similar to I Dont Search I Find (which is just Vogue from Madame X) instead of Hung Up or any other songs from CoaDF. I Feel So Free is a copy paste of Future Lovers so it's on theme. For this one she's doing a complete 180 and sounds more inspired by Vogue than Confessions on a Dancefloor. Strange artistic choice here, Madge...

Shout out to this massive banger tho.

I think I have asked for a source on this before, but the way I remember it, Mike Meyers wanted those outfits for the video, and she declined bc it would take too long.

Well, Lady Gaga started the meme "Reheating your nachos" with the album she released last year. It was Gaga going back to the type of music and vibes that made her famous in the first place, and it was a massive success. It's easily her best album if you ask me. She obliterated her prior discography with Mayhem ... Old Yeller'd it, in my opinion. lol.

Looks like Madonna is trying to reheat her own nachos now. That first single is ass, and keep in mind that my favorite Madonna albums are easily Ray of Light and (the first) Confessions.

🤷‍♀️

Mike Meyers seemed like he was one of those types of guys who had a crush on Madonna. Personally I don't get it, but he's not the only heterosexual male to fall for her shtick, I suppose.

I remember he did a skit with her on SNL back in the 90s, a Wayne's World sketch that parodies her Truth Or Dare doc (?). In the skit, he dares her to make out with him. She does so, in the typical slutty manner you would expect. Whole skit was cringe, imo. While he probably didn't write the sketch, it just gives you a certain vibe that he was still pretty into whole thing, smh. I can't find the full skit on YouTube, but the full skit was on the "Best Of Mike Myers" SNL home video release. Here's a poor quality, ancient YouTube upload that shows a small snippet of that skit:

(Forgive me for mobileposting smh)

Compared to Bitch I’m Madonna…it’s a fucking masterpiece. Looking forward to the new album.
"Bitch I'm Madonna" is right up there with Kesha's "Blah Blah Blah," Nicki Minaj's "Stupid Hoe," and Katy Perry's entire discography as one of the worst songs I've ever heard. lol.

The 2010's were dismal for music, my goodness.

And dubstep. Skrillex :c
I think that Adele, Bruno Mars (once he leaned in on motown and funk, that is), and Daft Punk were the main saviors of mainstream music in the 2010s.

btw I listened to "Rolling in the Deep" for the first time in several years sometime last week at random, and I had forgotten how great it is.
