One interesting thing, reading the VA Probation Violation procedures, the PB-15, which is the Probation Officer exercising their arrest powers is something they consider in the manual as being something to be done sparingly, and suggests first to petition the court for a warrant. He fucked up so bad the government employee elected to do more paper work AND had to get a supervisor.

Yes sir, governments got tired of being sued and looking bad for people killing their elves behind bars, and even more tired of incarcerates playing games with it. So for a while now if someone is locked up and gives the slightest indication they get the suit put on and are tossed in solitary or medical (also solitary) pretty much immediately. They might get told they have one chance to knock it off right now, and right now means one more word out their mouth about killing their elf and it's suit time. Less headache for everyone involved. Except the elf-threatener. Elf lives matter

So I have a question:

What happens to the $163k in the online casino? I don't trust them it to keep the money for him for 3 -10 years, these online gambling sites typically have some sort of policy on closing inactive accounts.

Can he setup a lawyer to retrieve the money in the account and hold it for him? Does RatDad claim it?

Unfortunately, even for beloved retards like our boy the Bossman, the only thing the majority of them find in prison is more people to encourage their retarded behavior.

It won't be a few years of reflection and realizing that smoking crack and gambling away multiple years' salaries every night is no way to live. It'll be a full scholarship to the school of fucktard decisions, spending all of his waking hours with people who want to link up on the outside and smoke crack, or boost stereos, or walk around a failed suburbia waving a gun at the teenagers they're selling stolen prescriptions to.

Maybe he'll go in there and come out more religious. Maybe. But even that won't get him out of the revolving door of the criminal justice system. In 3 or however many years it takes for him to be released, it'll be a week before we get the newest mugshot.

It sucks. I really, genuinely like BMJ and his crack addled addicts. But the reality of the situation is he's just another tweaker. This one just has a webcam and some sponsorships.

When Ratdad cut down that gott dang internet, he must have had some sort of plan for retrieving the money.

My money is on Bossman giving Ratdad his password during visitation, so that Ratdad can buy him a trailer to live in when he gets out. Bossman will also be allotted a daily food allowance, this is to prevent him from starving outright, because the money will go to gambling first and crack second and food third, of course.

They will rent the trailer to Indian migrants until Bossman gets out.

Those that know, know how bad this is. Those who dont, I'll explain. Austin is wearing what they call in the business of keeping people against thier will an "Anti Suicide Smock". Its tear resistant and velcros on. You get it when you're suicide baiting or fighting with the cops so they have to restrain you and velcro some clothes onto you. As you can see Austin is not in handcuffs in the mugshot, so he is cooperative and could put on a regular jumpsuit. The only conclusion is extreme mental health episode/suicide baiting during booking. Being arrested on his birthday must have broken him.

Still no detail on the charges.

I assume Bossman (once he’s stop Pickleing himsELF) will just tell rat dad how to access it. The casino that has that money though is really scummy and they only let you take out 10 K every day or week( I forgot which) so you can’t actually just pull it all out at once anyway it has to be over a few days.
