The facility they used had multiple tests in the protocol.
Positive -> needs escalation -> verification (test again) -> superviser or higher role to sign off on the result

Anyone with common sense know the hair was tested at least twice. No amount of skelly lies and cope will change this indisputable fact.

You need to pick out the lie or lies. In my point of view, the state outright refusing to retest on such a high result would be weird and would bolster Nick's version of events. Yet Nick sees no point in releasing it. So, does it exist? If it exists, does it show what he says? Or is there another recording of something unrelated that he smuggled into this conversation? You can be sure he has a way out and is sble to say "I never said I had an actual recording of the state/cps refusing outrught to retest my daughter"

Nick had the family court records sealed so that he could lie at will about what happened in family court. He has constantly made all sorts of wild accusations about CPS and others involved in the case. He can say practically anything he wants and get away with it. I mean he has lied in even worse and more direct ways about events from that time. He still exists I believe that his wasn't living in a house full of trash at the time and that everyone who saw the police footage of the house is lying about what they saw.

The most plausible version of events is that various people involved in the case pressed Nick and wife on the child's positive cocaine test for a while. But that Nick and Kayla would admit nothing. Nick most likely at that time even refused to admit that he had ever taken cocaine himself. The children stuck to their prepared stories. And eventually the local authorities (minus the Guardian appointed for the children) decided to make a deal where Nick agreed to do drug treatment and the rest of the CPS "get better" plan.....while the issue of how the kid tested positive for cocaine was shelved.

You see, they only tested the specific hair that tested positive for cocaine once. Then they disposed of it and cut a new sample which also tested positive for cocaine.

But this is what a drunk moron Wil is: He made this disclaimer having already written an article for KADN about the case and spoken on this very same stream about how he’s been contacting Karl and Shuli’s attorney — on behalf of KADN — for comment on the situation.

Its not just the streaming hour. Its what he streams about. When he does these streams, they are mostly either him talking about himself (especially at the start of these streams) or general rambling at the audience. He doesn't properly prepare topics or try to create a general interest show. He also is trapped into doing shows where its all him because nobody will appear with him anymore.

The DEA already chased two people who contacted them for a specific clip. I will let Rekieta guess which one. But it shows Doctor Skeeve literally taking out pill bottles and handing one to Melton. And later on there is a phone clip of him doing the same for another "star". He is fucked.
