The motion was not a waste of money.

It is her one serious attempt to convince a judge that what she did was fair use, and if the judge agrees that is a big W for her, if the judge disagrees she will settle this count as well.

It is simpe legal strategy. Challenge it based on your interpretation of fair use, hope the judge agrees, and if not, settle.

I removed my last video. Obviously people are upset so it is better I address the concerns of the public first and make a video explaining everything before releasing future videos. I would just ask you wait for my video before making a full judgement.

That explanation seemed a bit sus to me back then. I would assume his fans would understand that he had a video release scheduled. So why the butthurt deletion? If he was obligated, as he claims, to release the video due to a sponsor, wouldn't he lose that sponsor if he doesn't release the video? Or did the sponsor step away after Karl lost in such an embarrassing fashion to the Video Player of the Century? Is it money that Billy would have gotten, since technically the sponsorship deal would have been fulfilled after the court decision?

Except that low IQ broad literally told people not to watch the original video, which is the real ground basis for the lawsuit. If she's have kept her turkroach cocksucking mouth closed and just played the video, she would have had a good arguement.

To be fair, that's what the whole influencer thing is, they're not called that because they influence culture or people. They're influencers because they're walking billboards perfect for sponsors. Karl doesn't have fat tits, but he has more than a thousand views on some of his videos, so I'm not surprised he's sponsored these days. Sponsorship doesn't really mean what it did 20 years ago, It's no longer a career-making life-changing thing.
