Most of the higher profile, outspoken devs in the space have raving critics as much as fans, and their leading of any initiative would directly incentivize the other side of their space to try and tear it down for the made up internet points.

I'd also reckon that a lot of devs that might want to say something supportive of this may not be able to due to being under a publisher, so I suppose there's no harm in "an outsider" doing it. I was checking the PS discord for recent stuff about SKG and got the idea to search for how many messages action dan sent.
Turns out he sent almost 1 in 80 messages... Truly malds strongest soldier. Can't really see any milk to be gotten outside of mald related stuff though.

It amounts to the same though. Putting effort towards sabotaging a movement designed to stop the killing of games means you do, in fact, through your actions, want games to be killed.

I liked what Quintheo (faggot) said about how "the mods were working a job with a shit boss" because that explains so much of what was going on internally.
As long as the tranny jannies were getting paid, they were happy to follow orders and ban anyone who stepped out of line. Makes me wonder if Kronos himself was the first one to stand up to mald and got completely assblasted as a result. Honestly, can you really blame the mods for sticking around while the money was flowing? Minimum effort job, work from home, ban a few hundred people daily for literally whatever you want? Now that we've gotten that huge wall of text out of the way, let's do a little analysis on what specifically happened and the context behind it.
Interesting find! Check out how Khronos's Road to Vostok stream from the 14th ends. I quote:
"I've actually just been told I'm needed on a call... Thor just let me know that he needs me somewhere"
Sometime between this post, and his next stream, Khronos is fired.
This is his announcement post on the 16/4, citing the start of his sponsored albion online guild.
He started playing live at 2:50pm 17/4 UTC-0
The leaked convo occur approximately 5 hours beforehand until he starts the stream, around 9:30am UTC-0
He had 5 of mald's ex-mods present, all of whom proceeded to inform his regular bootlickers about the situation, leading to these leaks. This leads me to believe that Khronos had likely contacted them of his termination beforehand and had invited them to explain the situation to his fans while he prepared for stream.
I captured this screenshot at the time just as evidence that pirate's ex-mods were close to Khronos(many of them had more contact with him than Mald), not realising at the time the magnitude of this call as I did know Khronos had been dismissed. Notably, this screenshot was captured midway through the convo at around 12pm UTC-0, so to be knowledge, Khronos may or may not have even been in this call and some of the stories were told by the other ex-mods.
This call is from the perspective of the mods telling different stories, and then people muted typing in text responding. Only the text remains, so the context is vague, but there's quite a bit we can infer from it.
Now with the context out of the way, we can begin with the conversation.

We begin with one of Khronos' most dedicated paypigs mentioning Jake's efforts, his new disdain for Mald, and Mald's banbot being broken. Indeed, many of the stream apps Mald "coded" are broken now that his mods are gone, including his TTS-system(I'm waiting for you to fix this mald so I can have an easier time following your antics off stream).
Multiple fans bring up how Khronos was responsible for handling collabs and sponsorships, which they suspect will crater now that he's gone.
Direct references to Mald I skimmed over.
Guy brings up how Mald isn't in Khronos' discord anymore, which checks out.
The mods confess to Mald's habit of scrubbing vods so people have a harder time debunking him.
Yeah, this is why no one made a pro-piratesoftware video, not even his friend primeagen lol.
Also we already knew it but this means he lied about those skg vods not being scrubbed by him.

Now we're entering the speculation territory.
All contextual clues, but these lines seem to point out that his interaction with impheetus was unauthorised by Pirate, and that contributed to Pirate's harassment after impheetus was banned by twitch.
Mostly stems from the fact that the last piece of moderation Khronos ever did for Pirate was dm impheetus.
And of course, the multiple mentions of Khronos being a parasite hint at a very heated dismissal.
Yeah, it's dead. There's that clip of Thor saying nobody in his community even knew it was down for 4 straight days. It's dead in the water. The blockgame and heartbound channels in discord literally just became hacked accounts posting about egirl dating, and people pinging the unpaid jannies to remove them.
Even the ARG section is dead lol.
And even without mentioning thor or pirate once, it's clear how Jake feels about his former boss and his time working under him.
Dude went from being called upon every "software development" stream to no longer even being present on stream in the span of a month.
So, there was an "unofficial mod" called Nelas

He also did the "jeff bezos" photoshops for mald's ad screens.
After being fired, he leaves mald's discord with a final message of "I will no longer photoshop jeff bezos"
You can expect how mald's streams looked after this.

Well, not quite, turns out nelas is such a devoted bootlicker he owned the heartbound and blockgame wiki discords.
Now, I can no longer verify this, but this caused Mald to remove the channels for heartbound and blockgame wiki on his discord. Because they definitely use to exist.

Maggie isn't in the call, but she is mentioned here as they suggest crowdfunding parts of her surgery cost.
The interesting part is how hard they're lambasting Mald beforehand. This is probably the first time I've seen a real former fan of Mald state "he has no empathy".
The main context clue here is that Mald was "too cowardly to do the meeting himself." This can reference any meeting, as Mald is cowardly enough to send Khronos to meet in his place all the time, but due to the mention of maggie right beneath, this is probably Khronos filling in for mald as he planned to unceremoniously fire maggie right before she was suppose to have surgery.
And yeah, had to use twitch chat osint tools to confirm that she was about to have surgery.
Not much is mentioned about Shaye, but the ex-mods seem to rally around her alot.
It seems to me like the ex-mods have collectively decided not to turn on Mald out of concern for Shaye and the ferrets, especially the last comment about being worried for the ferret rescue.

Well, this was just my analysis of some very vague snippets of conversation, using context to try and fill in the gaps. This was definitely the most retarded convoluted post I've researched on Mald, but it's also curiously one of the most open ones, as I think these conversations are still up on Khronos' discord.

Jake shouldn't feel bad, he should never have let the Mald stuff stress him out to begin with. Mald is using a university student's spare time to prop himself up and it's sounding like everything Mald "does" relies on other people except for being the face. And of course the ferrets + Shaye are implicit hostages, if Mald has to do more stuff then they will suffer because uhhh reasons.

yea he was one of jason's most loyal lapdogs. i can only imagine the tongue lashing he got in that meeting with mald lol which makes it all more sad the more you think about it. this guy took heat on behalf of jason countless times, went to try and soothe things over with the impheetus guy over the impersonation drama, and got completely shit on for it. AND called a parasite apparently. this is also the guy that was donating to jason's hype trains under a fake account, where he said this in a donation message "there aren't many cool supportive streamers left once they get big like this. stay cool bud" the worst part is the mod team not leaking anything so the ferrets don't suffer.
