If this were a concern over the situation in Iran surely those sources would have mentioned it and not only specifically cited shipbuilding reforms right?
Or are we going to argue that a goldman sachs investor getting replaced with a 30 year navy veteran (Hung Cao) is a bad thing for a military position? I'd argue this is a good shift in the current context.
