I don't know if this was posted before since I only just heard of it, but TLDR: Wastelandia got "shelved for now" (cancelled) a few days ago, and I just had to get my gravedancing in. Turns out pitching a series about nothing with a pilot about nothing didn't fucking work kek.

Doesn't helps either that people were roasting the dialogue and Voice Acting of the Pilot.

There's whiny and defensive comments, sure, but the post nails the primary issue, it's a show about nothing that doesn't give you any reason to watch or enjoy it, created by somebody terminally online who dresses like clown vomit, whose only life experiences are dead children's MMOs from 15 years ago.

Izzy really would have been better off leaning into something that better fits her niche (weird internet themed shit) rather than making something like this. Then again, Sillypoo already does weird internet shit animations far better and more creatively, so that niche is absolutely occupied.

The designs weren't even bad. The main problem was that Izzy had nothing interesting to say and that's an absolute killer for any project.
Also, it was obnoxious as fuck. That works too.

That title gives me nausea, no way in hell am I watching that, even if he does have a point on the reviewers. Wow, adults that are super into cartoons are lazy unoriginal manchildren, everyone already knows that. I think these people shamelessly jumping on attack trains like this might be more insufferable to watch.

I've watched a bit of the video in another thread. The guy comes off to me like the type of guy who used to consume these channels until he got called a faggot too much.

The critiques are pretty basic.
