I dont think being blackout sloshed by itself sufficiently explains feeling fully in your element filming people's sexual characteristics and children and commenting on their appearances in earshot. Like when you wake up in a puddle of someone else's blood thats not just being 'blackout drunk' Especially since he was doing this well in advance of becoming that drunk.

I feel like if it were me, and him commenting on my children while drunkenly pointing his phone at their backs that would make the hairs on my neck stand up at the very least. Maybe enough to ask him what the fuck he's doing?
