A couple of months ago Karen and co. filed a post-hearing memorandum of law in the state case following the suppression hearings, further arguing as to why Luigi's backpack and statements should be suppressed. I'm sure we're all aware of the arrest narrative and Karen's legal arguments, so I won't bother to summarise that aspect of the filing as it's rather boring. Plus, while I don't have the legal knowledge to judge the merit of her arguments, I think we all know that the backpack and statements are coming in.

Some parts are interesting, especially the photos of Luigi's arrest I know nonnies would have been lusting over.






I've always been curious as to Luigi's demeanour post-arrest and how his police interrogations went. I imagine we'll get definitive answers to those questions post-trial when exhibits will be released, but this memo gives some insight still. Luigi was co-operative with law enforcement and apparently said nothing of note in his initial five minute interrogation at Altoona.




In this section, it seems to me Karen is implying that Patrolwoman Wasser planted the gun, hence the quotation marks over "found". She's done this before.



Once in the patrol car on the way to his initial arraignment Luigi's inner Schizigi emerges and he basically admits to being the shooter, calling Brian Thompson a "mass murderer". Luigi also seems to love reminding people he's an engineer.



I thought this segment was interesting; the memo references witness testimony at the suppression hearings throughout, and this part is a reiteration as to conversations Luigi had with officers while detained.

The prosecution responded about a month later. Their motion contains no photos or exhibits, and is very dense with legal counterarguments against the defense narrative. I've attached both the defense memo and the prosecution reply below.

Rapper, gangbanger, domestic abuser and child molester Tekashi 6ix9ine was released from MDC on April 3rd after a three month stint for violating his probation. Last night he appeared on Adin Ross's livestream (Adin is one of Twitch's biggest streamers). According to Tekashi Luigi is housed in a transit unit, so the two never crossed paths.
Foodwise, MDC serves chicken patties on Monday, hamburgers on Tuesday, shredded chicken and whole chicken Wednesday and Thursday, fish on Fridays and eggs on the weekends. Adin alleged that Luigi tried to "hack" into his cryptocurrency accounts, which even the morons on his streams didn't buy. Fights are apparently common in MDC, especially over the TV. Other that there's no new info on our Italian stallion. This is such a severe drought period; no letter gates, no new BPD demons, no new prison lore and it'll probably stay that way until trial.

PDB previously mentioned having a phone call with his defense team (I can't recall correctly) and it caused a lot of crashing out from his female fanbase. In the letter, Luigi writes that this "caused a lot of hate mail from Gen Z women."

PBD's viewers do not seem to be taking this well. Luigi's supporters are split: they're either disapproving of his actions, or in denial of his track record of supporting sexist/right-wing rhetoric

I was answering your comment and towards the end you pretty much said what I was going to say. It does make sense that his letter would be better written towards a man. With females they like him so there's not much to has to prove. Luigi tried to impress that author he looks up to and it would make sense that he's trying to impress that podcaster. I'm starting to think Luigi may have daddy issues or something. Why is he always trying to impress himself to other men? he's so desperate for males to approve of him like I don't know. While we're on the topic of nutty Luigi supporters, about a month ago Rolling Stone released a short film on various Luigi supporters. Surprise surprise, they'll BPD demons. Most are insane lefties masking their attraction to him with "philosophical" rhetoric, but one 57 year old biddy is filmed writing sex fantasies about him. She clearly doesn't know the lore about his broke dick.

There's no doubt about it, people are much less interested in Luigi now than they ever were. Mail has slowed down significantly, he's not replying to anyone's letters and I think Karen and co. have learned not to engage with the BPDs like they used to. Even the nonnas are scattered to the wind. I believe things will pick up again around the time of the suppression hearing and the state trial, which will likely be televised, but ultimately I think the current state of affairs is the opposite of what Luigi intended - he was a TikTok trend and little more.

New photos have been uncovered. The first two are from Luigi at Gilman circa 2016; he is in the centre in the first and on the far left in the second. The third is a higher quality photo of his passport. He would have been approximately 18 in the first two pictures and 17 in the passport photo. It seems like it had an effect, writing to Patrick Bet David and putting a stop to supporter replies at the same time was a kick in the nuts to the people who were paying attention. Recently a Gilman alumni named Isaiah posted an Instagram story featuring a group of Gilman men with the hashtag #wemissyouluigi and it was captured and passed around on Tumblr and Twitter as evidence his classmates still love him. The Gilman moid found out and got angry at the fans saying they took a joke out of context. This led to more infighting between the fangirls on whether it should have been captured (his profile is public) and retardedtrigger contacted him to chat which caused controversy because she always contacts his friends. Avi Moskowitz is no longer a part of Luigi's legal counsel. For anyone out of the loop his attorneys are Karen Friedman Agnifilo, her husband Marc Agnifilo and Jacob Kaplan. Turns out it's not just Luigi she's obsessed with; she's also a parasocial orbiter of Michael Jackson and thinks he should be canonised. She even made an entire subreddit, r/mjsanctification, dedicted to this belief.







Julie also runs an Instagram account dedicated to defending the late MJ's honour.




Julie's Reddit is rather dry besifes her obsessive MJ and Luigi posting, though she is interested in the Avatar series and some kids' show called Winx club. However, she does have an interesting theory on Luigi's back pain.



She even wrote Luigi a letter detailing her ideas.



I went through the entirety of the mail catalogue; Luigi has received over a dozen letters from France and despite Julie writing him for over a year, I could only find the two JH-France notations, both from this year. It's possible he received some of her creative writing during the early September to mid-January period where he didn't notate letters due to time constraints.




Julie posts obsessively across Luigi related communities (often copy and pasting the same post over and over), and seems to have built a reputation for herself. She admits that Luigi has not written back to her, and apparently she sent him a book on Shamanism.

It has come to my attention that this thread has caught the attention of the broader Luigisphere. There is still a semi-active Luigi Tumblr community I have documented previously in the other thread (with redactedtrigger being the main homegrown BPD demon from there), and to this day they are still obsessed with nonas.

One of these blogs, lmexposed, allows anons to schizo post in her ask box and floated the idea of making a "chart" (dox sheet) on nonas. Moreover, they were very offended by my post history!



A common theme you'll notice amongst Tumblrinas is that they will straight up say anything. According to one anon I was behind a confessions blog dedicated to Luigi, something so retarded even other schizo anons tried to dispel the notion.




Not taking this intimidation attempt lying down, I extended an invitation to the thread to post whatever they liked, including doxxes if they were able to provide them.



One particular anon clearly read through every Luigi post I've made, as she was able to find my notation in the letter log I got over a year ago. Apparently lmexposed found me sending an ask in her inbox "intimidating".



I did enjoy how this anon's post was basically the personification of this meme.



There was further discussion of the LCF nonas, such as this Tumblr drama I don't understand.

As to be expected, these people's threat of doxxing was completely impotent. They are still seething about me and this thread to this day.



It should be added that these people are more than capable of doxxing and the intimidation they accuse others of. They are particularly obsessed with one nona called Heticana that I don't believe ever posted here or remains active in the Luigisphere. Moreover, they have posted information belonging to retardedtrigger that I will discuss below. Just to quash speculation, no nona to my knowledge is running gay ops on Tumblr planning to "expose" irrelevant Tumblrettes; this is just another aspect of their mental illness, where their delusions of persecution serve as justification for their behaviour towards others. Given that these freaks lurk here, may I ask how you "know" this information?

In more normal news, two new letter snippets from Luigi have been unveiled. Not much is known about these letters other than what's been posted.




New photographs of Luigi's high school days have been uncovered as well. Back in 2014 a Chinese filmmaker named Wang Yang filmed Luigi's robotics class as part of a documentary he was making; the doc was never finished or released, but when looking back over footage recently he discovered that he had filmed 15/16 year old Luigi.





A Tumblrina found a short video of Luigi's mother Katherine promoting a women's magazine.

Luigi's 28th birthday is in three days as of this posting, and it will be the second birthday he has spent in prison. The Luigisphere is attempting to get Luigi's defense fund to 1.5 million dollars raised by that time; the fund reached its first million on Luigi's 27th birthday and has been slowing down since then.



There's been some legal movings in addition to all the BPD insanity. A new document in the federal case has been filed, and a jeet filed a habeas corpus motion in an attempt to free Luigi from prison. As expected, it was denied.




A transcript of a January 30th meeting in the federal case has been published. It's a short but interesting read concerning jury questionnaires and the federal trial date. For posterity, Dominic Gentile, Jun Xiang, Alexandra Messiter and Thomas John Wright are the federal prosecutors. Interestingly enough, two names I don't recognise were a part of Luigi's federal counsel: Eylan Schulman and Christopher Neff. Is Luigi capable of retaining a non-Jewish attorney?
