Russell Greer vs. Viatron Corporation, A-26-937678-C

On a more serious note, I almost wonder if RG has stretched himself too thin with three different pro se lawsuits going concurrently. There's no possible way he can keep up with everything when he'd consistently failed to manage his GvM email when it was the only suit on his docket.
Three lawsuits at a time is nothing, compared to the case load of your average attorney or prosecutor.
Of course, Russell is easily a hundred times below average competency, and also has to handle however much or little else may be going on in his pathetic life.

All things considered, I don't think it makes much of a difference. He isn't qualified or clever enough to handle a single lawsuit either.

What really jumps at me is that he is asking for the court to gauge "whether resolution is possible" between Russ and Viatron. But Russ has the number and email of Viatron's lawyers on record. He can just ask them himself if they would entertain settlement questions.
In hindsight, this comment aged like wine.

Russ was never going to contact Viatron's counsel to confer with them. He expects the court to arrange something where Viatron is told that they have to pay Russ $200,000 without him having to do anything. That may seem absurd, but this is the same Russell Greer who acts as though Hardin is supposed to be a neutral third party that actually just does whatever Russ says despite it not working that way at all for the past several years of the Greer v. Moon lawsuit. Bizarrely, Russ will be just as flabbergasted this time when reality doesn't conform to the hero narrative he constructed in his head and got two AI chatbots to agree was correct.

Has Greer even given any indication that he's aware that Hardin is opposing counsel in this case? It could just be a case of him not having as much time to pop off at mouth and pen LLM due to being homeless and having to live out of his car or trying to juggle three different lawsuits at once, but he's flown off the handle over far less in the past. He may have been ignoring Viatron's previous counsel just like he ignores Hardin for weeks or months at a time. One never knows with Russ until he has a tantrum and plight dumps everything onto the docket.

Honestly it would be hilarious if the Utah judge ends up handling all of Russel's lawsuits because the judge keeps tardguarding Russel because he refuses to deal with him properly

By next year half of his courts lawsuits would be for Russel if the judge keeps fucking off.
The two bozo dipshits handling Greer v. Moon should be given a life sentence that any lolsuit by Greer anywhere gets assigned to them.

Wouldn't JAMS be a conflict of interest after the AGT arbitration?

Lame. ViaTron had a rock-solid SJ win.

Does arbitration solely rule on the legal merits, like determining if a contract existed at all? Or are they not allowed to toss Greer out completely, and have to give him some kind of consideration?

ETA: section 10 says "arbitrator shall apply Nevada substantive law to the merits of any dispute", but I'm unfamiliar with how much leeway or discretion an arbitrator has.

Someone is about to be very very poor. Probably not the company.

I'm pretty sure they can rule completely against Greer, including by finding that no contract existed

What are you even talking about? What possible conflict of interest? It's JAMS. It's the largest arbitration organization in the United States. Are you seriously suggesting that if they do one case involving someone they are then forever barred from ever doing another case involving them again? That's retarded.
