I'm surprised that Karl "reliable narrator" Jobst, Dunning-Kruger moron that he is, hasn't made a video outlining his strategy for this lawsuit and how there's absolutely no way Billy can win.

Karl has said he won't be talking about the lawsuit, but will discuss general law.

Which makes me wonder what he is really trying to achieve out of this. It is going to cost him time and money. I can't find a single video from anyone saying suing Billy Mitchell was a good idea. If he is not going to talk about it he won't be making content so not making money and pretty much everyone is going to make negative videos about it. I can't really see how this lolsuit is going to help him unless the goal is to cost Billy Mitchell money, but Billy Mitchell is not short of money. My prediction is Karl loss and owes Billy Mitchel even more money. Than Karl will have given Billy Mitchell two wins. Not really seeing the end goal here.

I can only see two goals:
  1. It's legal harassment, because Karl thinks Billy has to spend more on lawyers than the cost of filing the lawsuit, i.e. "I lose less money than you lose" and Karl is convinced it's a 200 IQ elite gamer move
  2. Karl is genuinely butthurt about losing to Billy and believes he is entitled to damages

Karl is requesting the court allow him to file electronical rather than by post as it is expensive and slow to do it from Australia.

However, it is interesting what he wrote referencing case law.

Karl removed part of the quote (Shown in red) and replaced it with ...
"At a minimum, this would include both financial and physical barriers that make it extraordinarily difficult to acquire postage and submit envelopes to a mail carrier, and to otherwise deliver papers to the court."

Even people in jail who represent themselves are required to post to the court as they still have access to postage stamps. So unless Karl can convince the court Australia has run out of postage stamps I can't see how this will get granted.

I think Karl thinks the judge is a dumb ass and would not check the case law before making a ruling.
 
What forms would he have then? Mail or other postal means from .au is going to get... interesting.

Looks like Karl is learning first hand the meaning of a quote commonly attributed to a certain lawyer named Abraham Lincoln: "A man who represents himself, has a fool for a client." But something tells me he doesn't understand who the fool is yet and is still hoping it will end up being Mitchell by the end of this retarded lawsuit.
