Yeah but this is normal and the temperatures are like average Texas summer temperatures. I suspect this is more a play for sympathy by India than an actual threat.

From 2000 to 2020 there were something like 18,000 deaths in India due to heatwaves. This number is likely undercounted but that's the official government count.
In the USA from 1999-2023 there were around 24,000 deaths due to heatwaves. Ans that's in a much smaller population than India.

So sadly I don't think this will be a mass extinction event, though Indian's will wail like it is hoping for UN gibs. The same people proclaiming the dangers of wet-bulb overheating are the same folks who were certain polar bears would all be dead by now from heating. Not to say we aren't fucking up the planet, but the alarmist by their very nature tend to hype the worst-case scenario.

I spent the last 64 hours sleeplessly pouring over various statistics and uncovered a crazy anomaly. No matter if it's an earthquake, epidemic, a chemical plant blowing up or just a mere car crash, the death toll among indians is always the same. It's fucking crazy, I can't wrap my head around it. Every single time it's "not enough".

China, much like many (all?) Asian cultures is a shame culture, unlike European cultures (including the US) that are guilt cultures.

Chinks have the concept of "face", which is somewhat similar to izzat, but unlike India, they do have mechanisms in place to stop it from completely running rampant and turning the country into a dysfunctional mess.

Mind you, this is no guarantee of it working, gutter oil is a Chinese invention for a reason, but I do broadly agree that the Chinese are a much better race and civilization than the jeets.

Besides all the other obvious positives, one likely outcome would have been Germany either outright starving India to death, or pressuring Britain to do so simply because the izzat-addled jeets wouldn't stop claiming they were the true Aryans, and the true ancestors of Europeans.

Unlike liberal cucks the Germans wouldn't let these inferior vermin walk all over them and would have quickly put them in their place and reminded them who the master, and who the slave actually is.

Had a job interview earlier this week and I was the only white guy out of 40 to 50 applicants. The vast majority of the applicants were Jeets and Somalis all standing around and blocking the door in the waiting hall. I made an effort to at least look professional and wear a dress shirt, trousers, and shoes to the interview. Whereas the jeets and somalis just wore t-shirts, jeans, and sneakers and reeked of BO and curry. I doubt I'll even get the job but let's see what happens. :story:

Heat deaths are usually associated with the elderly. India's population is on average much younger than the US. Thus, it appears that the two nations probably have similar rates of the elderly dying from heat stroke. This is still rather surprising given that the US has air conditioning. My bet is that India's accounting is shoddy and that they don't accurately record the cause of death for their elderly in poor villages (i.e. most of the country).
