Not just lips, but with an excess of all fillers, it tends to make their faces weirdly swollen and water balloon like, heavier, with cheeks that look meaty instead of youthfully plump. There's a photographer who did a series of portraits of plastic surgery addicts, and they all look like members of the same, incestuous, balloon-faced tribe. There's high res pics here. Looks like there's no coming back from that. Faces that don't thin out with age look uncanny.

It has to be that as an artiste he has to be good at bullshitting and give it a positive spin, or he wouldn't get participants for his freak show. He can't possibly be serious about the technology part looking at these people. Technology will be when one day nanobots are crawling under your skin and repairing the damage aging does with your own tissue, not carving people up, stuffing them full of industrial waste material and poison, and hope they don't fall apart before they pay for the surgery.
