🐮 Lolcow Russell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner

I've been thinking a lot about Russel Greer's car that he has supposedly bought using student loans. I think he didn't actually buy a car but instead is just renting it but he doesn't want to admit that publicly because he doesn't want to admit to renting a car that he uses to do doordash/uber.

Also do we know or have any evidence as to what type of car he drives/bought?
He put it in his court filings that he used Student Loan funds to purchase a car in Jan, 2026. Now whether that was full purchase price or down payment. And whether it was a purchase or a lease is anybody’s guest. But always assume the more stupid option with Greer.

I think it was in his eviction filings. He somehow thought disclosing that when he had not paid his rent since October was a compelling fact in his favor. Clearly more courts should just let him explain.

I'll say before all of this I am just trying to put what I know about Greer and his situation into a picture that makes sense. I think he more likely than not is lying about having purchased a car but I'm not super confident about it.

I recognize that it is inherently hard for me to put myself into the mind of someone as dumb and lacking in self reflection as Greer. :)

Also this is all allegedly.
I'm curious why you think that given he has admitted to that in filings last time he was doing it.

I didn't want to sperg about this too much but him buying a car doesn't make sense to me. I'm going to list the logic makes me think this.

1. He can't afford to buy a new car because if it is an EV its going to be probably $15K-$20K at least. Even with a gov subsidized student loan you aren't going to get that kind of money unless you somehow saved student loans over multiple semesters.

2. Greer likes to visit prostitutes which are expensive. If Greer has any disposable income he is going to get his suck him his penis. He isn't going to save money for a car. Greer is in the financial situation that he is because he cannot help but waste his money on whores.

3. Greer likes to complain about how tough his life is in his filings. Especially if he thinks it is in any way pertinent to the issue at hand. What he said in that filing is hey I have to spend a bunch of money on a car so I don't have a lot of money.

4. Greer is paranoid about trolls finding out about stuff and telling people he is violating the terms of service. We see from the whole Hardin saga that when he ALLEGEDLY does something shady in his business dealings he is absolutely paranoid and angry about someone finding out and punishing him.

5. Greer knows he can get away with lying in a filing. He has done this so much and gets away with it enough that he figures he could lie on a filing and not be punished for it.

I think all of this is obviously true and non-controversial. So I get to thinking about his car because I think about what a trip from Las Vegas to Carson City would be like and all of the above is swirling around in my head. He can't afford a car but he said he bought one in a filing. So the way I square that circle is I think he is lying. If I am right he is violating the rental car's terms of service by using it for uber/doordash which means he could be unable to rent a car or do his food delivery "job" if the trolls can prove that he is doing that and call his rental car place. BUT he wants to complain in a filing about how he has to spend a lot of his money on a rental car. If he does that however then all the trolls will take what he said in his legal filing and call the rental car center. So he just changes it a little bit, he isn't renting a car he actually bought a car which for the purposes of his filing accomplish the same thing.

Something to think about with the whole student loan thing is that Russel Greer is hyper-focused on whores and owning a brothel and he is going to look up what you can use students loans for and how big the penalty for misusing them is to see if he could buy or build a brothel to make it happen using student loans. If that is too far fetched for you then I still think most people would agree that Greer would be sorely tempted to use some of the student loan money to get a whore of his choice, but as the whole rent money thing indicates that didn't seem to happen.

The problem with the rental car theory is he voluntarily gave up a brothel-adjacent meeting "because he couldn't find charging" - if it were a rental he could have swapped it for gas for that week.

I think he bought a shitbox EV.

The only place he's likely to qualify for a long term rental would be from uber/doordash/lyft, they all have rental car plans for people who want to drive for them. It also appears the private-car-rental places like Turo do allow using their vehicles for that sort of work too.

His IFP filing for his eviction says he's paying $700/month for transportation. That lends itself to a buy-here-pay-here and using the school loan for a down-payment or a rental. If he owned anything outright it shouldn't cost $700/month for even paid charging and insurance.

Agree. He probably got a used Nissan Leaf or Chevy Volt. It is his highest priority because his jobs of last result are uber and food delivery. So transportation would come before whores. Because he needs transport to reach the whores. He is not a completely irrational actor. Just stupid. He does realize he needs food shelter transportation and getting him his penis sucked. His last vehicle was repoed. he had been using the rental program from Uber or Lyft or whoever he was contracting with. Until he got his desk job at ViaTroon. At that point he didn't have a car. In January he needed a car and had student loan money and expected he would be getting $200 grand. So he dropped his semesters tuition on the down payment on a set of wheels. After all he needed it for school. It was done in Good Faith. It was Excusable Neglect. Nobody Told Him he could not use the money to get to school!

"As revealed in the 2008 paperback edition of the book, Kevin Lewis's real name is Jeff Ma, an MIT student who..."

"As of 2024, Ma is the Chief Digital Officer at Troon, the largest..."

teehee. that is all

F for all those poor USPS pricks trying to deliver mail only to slip and fall on the trail of drool Russ left behind delivering chicken tendie combos

First I’ll say that I am not such a truther on this car issue. But Russ saying something in a filing doesn’t mean it’s true. I wouldn’t be shocked if he was (at least until his eviction) using a rental car and spending the rest of that money on whores.

My moneys on a Chevy Bolt, Nissan Leaf or an old Tesla model 3. Something used perhaps. Im leaning towards a Leaf or Tesla since it's big enough that he can live in it. The rest of his crap is likely in a storage unit running at roughly $100 a month.
I'm hopeful it's a miev... But you're probably right. The market out there is more than likely pretty flooded with older model 3's thanks to rental companies desperately trying to offload them. He probably found a pretty basic low range one for cheap.

A few pages back, I speculated that unless Nissan have stopped lending money to anyone with a pulse, it might have been a brand new Leaf under finance, but with a sizeable deposit sourced from Greee's student loan to help offset his shitty credit. But the more I think about it, the more I lean towards being a cheap used Leaf or Model 3.

I'd forgotten about how rental companies went all in on EVs a few years back and ended up holding the bag with thousands of cars that nobody wanted to rent.

Russ is not a dude who thinks straight. Things you or I realize instantly as sensible are things he literally can't even understand because he's retarded. EVs lose value at a rate more than even a normal vehicle the instant you drive them off the lot. They are basically garbage in a couple years. So it is not that difficult to pick one up used. Just enjoy trying to replace the electric shit when it burns out: fun fact, you won't.

We should just ask Hardin to peek at the parking lot when Greer shows up for arbitration. Save us another 3 pages of car speculation.

EVs are retarded, at least right now. They take a long time to charge, your travel plans have to revolve around the location of chargers within your range, and I’m not sure if all EVs can use all the chargers out there.

A hybrid is far superior, gas stations are everywhere, it takes five minutes to fill up your tank, you charge the hybrid battery while you’re driving normally. If your hybrid is a Toyota, especially a Prius, you won’t have to repair it often and you’ll probably sell the car before you need to change the hybrid batteries.

Russ is, of course, too stupid to do any kind of research about these things. He probably saw EV == not paying for gas == more money for whores, before he even looked up to see if he could get his EV changed out there.

My question is, if he’s taking out loans for school, is he only taking the federal ones? Because back in the late 1900s the maximum federal loan was about 1/8 of the cost of the tuition at my (private) school, and I had to be taking a full 12 hours to qualify. Most students end up taking private loans that have the ridiculous interest rates and shitty repayment plans that keep them paying for eternity.

If he’s taking private loans, why didn’t he have enough money for a car down payment and rent? If I were going to school and taking out loans, the first thing I’d do is take enough money to pay rent for a year.

Is his credit bad enough he won’t qualify for those private loans? Or is he just lying about possibly everything, except being enrolled in school? Will he be enrolled again in the fall?

I don't think Russhole is seeing whores, and hasn't for quite a while. He's not welcome at most, if not all, the bawdy houses in Nevada, and he likely can't find, can't afford, or is too scared of arrest to use a "freelance" hooker. Plus MANY of the working girls in Nevada know about him and won't service him.

If you're not homeless like Greer, you plug your EV in when you get home in the evening, and you have 300 miles of range when you wake up in the morning. You only ever have to charge at a public charging station on road trips, and—at least for Tesla-compatible vehicles—those are plentiful nowadays: https://www.tesla.com/findus

Charging is slow only on older chargers or when you get close to 100%; my truck can add about 100 miles of range at a Supercharger in less time than it takes for me to take a piss and buy a soda.

hmm Big think ...

Anyone, at least one of those is at a mall, which may offer free EV charging, if this nigger bought an EV to get free charging at work right before he fucked off and sued the shit out of them, alololol (I think the timelines don't match up but anyway)

People who have 5,000 page threads here don't make common sense decisions. On Greelow's hierarchy of needs, owning a brothel comes before having a place to live other than a car.
