The thought that fat khet lives downstairs because her fat ass can make the 2nd floor potentially crack due to the house being in disrepair is hilarious to me.

It astounds me that this retard that has made money, cant keep his house in a fixed manner. I wouldnt be as annoyed if he was some dude with average finance or was struggling, but this is the same dude that lives in a gated community and gets food doordashed to him almost every day. I was raised on a shitty house so because of that in my house, whenever i spot weird shit on my house i call my buddy to fix that shit. A house represents part of you and reflect how you are. If you are organized and clean it will show, if you arent, you get what dsp calls for a house. House maintenance should be a priority. Hell some house mantainence is DIY so you dont have to pay, but dsp is a lazy fuck so he cant be bothered to learn such, or anything for that matter.

Thank god he will never have children, imagine a toddler running around mold, ants, doordash bags and whatever the fuck he has on his garage.
 
What year was the wakhando built? Lots of stuff in Washington state built up until the 80s has persistent moisture issues due to the climate. They've got new codes to deal with it now, especially regarding exterior cladding.

His snorting and post nasal drip could 100% be due to mold and moisture. I'm always hoping the leaks spread and his neighbors force him to fix his shit via the HOA. We need more panicked begging appeals.

It's in the misery era. They were using chipboard siding with tarpaper underlay, then clapboard or stucco. On the shady sides of these houses you can put your finger right through the chipboard because it turns to mush under the stucco. Clapboard or shiplap siding do a fair bit better but it still sucks, especially if you have leaks.

@Fridge Raider, It was a great stream. You reminded me of the wall, now. What is worse, it was on him to hire an inspector to assess the home before purchase. He can and will be sued by the HOA for failing to uphold his contract. Due to the roof damage, the mould has likely seeped into the neighbour's units, meaning he could be sued by them. He would lose that case in a second, because the paper trail is so thin. He should have had a house built in the 80s with pre-existing mould issues investigated annually for a few years. A lot of builders recommend every 6, and due to the weather being so wet in that area, I actually agree with them. Even thinking about the cost of repair for that house is anxiety-inducing.

I need to see the damage to that place for morbid curiosity.
 
I cannot believe he revealed this on stream. Not only does the watch time self felt himself, but the fact that he doesn't know this shit or how it works reveals even more that he has no fucking clue how to do his job. Incredible.

Whatever amount you're thinking, it's even more! HOAs almost always have a list of approved contractors and they are never cheap. And you can't even do work on your own, as any changes or renovations need to be submitted to the HOA. I don't know about Washington but here it means even changing some minor electrical involves a permit.

I cannot wait to see it when he dies in a couple years. He has admitted to the fact his cabinets are falling apart, his floor is fucked, his bathroom is fucked, we've seen the mold, we know he "had a big clean out" which probably means Khet forced him to throw out his boxes. If that's what he's admitting to how much worse is it in reality? That middle unit condo (which is not a house) has got to be absolutely destroyed. We need to get a detractor into the inspection game.
