Both are cringe, but it's hilarious that she went from having an army of Kiwifarms gooner simps to now fighting with other women in a Twitch chat over a micro e-celeb. She had simps on this site giving her money, but now she's just getting crumbs of Bashir's attention as his Twitch mod. Has there even ever been any proof that the two of them actually have a real friendship/relationship outside of her being his chat janny? She does realize that simp mods for Twitch titty streamers don't ever actually date the streamers, right? That's what she's doing right now, with the genders reversed.

As much as Bashir pretends to be pious and humble, he does like all of this attention from the female fans. Just look at how he dresses in his indigo blue clothes, this guy practically begging for attention. If he is indeed a good muslim, he would stone all of these female heathens to death block some of the crazy fans and put a distance between them, told them to cut the weird ship ASAP.

Only an attention whore would go on a show like Fishtank. He is definitely enjoying having a bunch of female simp groupies now. I'm sure part of the appeal to the show for applicants is the fact that almost all of the previous Fishtank stars have used the show as a way to start their own channels/streams. If there's a Fishtank Season 6, then I bet Mei herself will apply to it. And if she gets on, then she'll probably have manic crashouts similarly to Vicky.

To answer your question, you shouldn't. Regardless of the exact disorder, the point is she fucking SUCKS, and is in some sort of manic phase that will lead to a hilarious crash.

Another funny moment from Bashir's saturday night stream: There was a guy in the chat who was awkwardly flirting with Mei, to which she responded that she was 'taken by God'. He then apologized with the excuse that he's not even gay. I'm not sure how to interpret this other than him believing she was a man.
