I am suspicious that this e-mail was tampered with. Why is the "nine" smaller? When you analyze the compression artifacts around that "nine" their distribution is completely different from the rest of the image. If an image has never been tampered with, the compression artifacts should be consistent and random. That randomness is present everywhere except around that "nine", where they are completely different. That would indicate it is not part of the original image of the e-mail.

Why would pat do that?

Niggers are fartin' up a storm in Nikkki's coochie tonight...

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a NWS alert for high wind that wasn’t part of a tornado or red flag alert, even during the Derecho during Biden’s term. Fatrick is trying to get one over on Trump, but the NWS’s last reduction was under Biden and has remained steady under Trump with Orange Man proposing an increase in budget.

If he copied and pasted the nine from somewhere else, it would create this exact look. And Pat is lazy enough to have copied the word "nine".

His temps and wind are no better than they are here right now. The wind isn't that bad right now. Prairies had it worse last week. We're expecting a little rain tomorrow though. Wind will be worse too.
What is he talking about? The National Weather Service is working right now. The most recent outage was in Oregon, and Wisconsin has had no reported outages.
He's repeating the false information that the administration defunded them. Even though the 2026 budget will increase their funding by 6.7%.
Being called fat isn't harassment Patrick. When people called me fat back in the day I lost weight, you should try it sometime. When we call you faggot it's because of your mannerisms and the way you talk. You can fix those too. You can also stop being an asshole to people.

“My wife and I’s” Nigger you are a PUBLISHED. AUTHOR
You have to excuse him here, Rick had to learn ebonics to lure black children more effectively to his niggeroni factory and the vernacular stuck with him. "Come here, lil' nigguh chile, I's got a puppy in my basement".

He likely pasted the text from some other document (why he would do this instead of typing it is unknown) which could explain the different font (the 'nine' is clearly using a serif font, whereas the rest of the text is in a sans-serif font) if the email client didn't remove the formatting from the pasted text. That wouldn't explain the compression artifact oddness though.

It may be possible that the differences in the fonts fuck with the algorithm in a weird way to produce something like that, but it looks more like what happens when an image pasted into a document is compressed again. Some software will offer to paste things as an image, but that's even weirder than pasting text with different formatting.

For the idiots among us (me), what does this mean in simple terms, and in what direction do things appear to be heading?
  1. There were motions pre summary judgement
  2. In them the city agreed that if the police officers aren't liable, the city might still theoretically be liable, unless no constitutional violations occured.
  3. The Judge found that there were constitutional violations, but that the officers weren't liable
  4. The city objected, claiming that if the officers aren't liable, then the city isn't either
  5. Pat claims (among other things) that the city waived this argument
If the Judge accepts it, then the city either appeals or it goes to trial where they'll plead the same theory before a jury
