My guess is that his recurring broken computer grift is coinciding before the end of each month, when he owes the working men who house him some menial rent payment he cannot afford. The timing certainly does line up this month.

In the past, his computer grifts were the most lucrative, pulling in thousands in donations. Since his legal troubles and being on the run this year, he has been increasing and repeating the same broken computer grift over and over each month.

Someone with good a.i. data aggregating skills need to run through the dates of each one of his broken laptop events in the last 6+ months to document the pattern and timing.

Tarl is not an important enough criminal for a bounty. Bounties are reserved for murderers, terrorists, FBI's Most Wanted, etc. The monetary amount ($2500) attached to his Vermont bench warrant is the amount he needs to post for bail. His Louisiana alias capias has no bail, I believe. Nobody is getting any money for turning him in.

I'm still waiting for the mug shot before I believe it. It does make a certain kind of sense IF Mel's family kicked him from Casa Retardo. Where else could he go? At that point, it's just easier to go back to Vermont and turn himself in than try to survive as a homeless person on the streets of New York.

Honestly he just needs to take his consequences on the nose. He went on a binge of Stolas worship and retardation and that isn't free. Now the state... well... states... want to slap him upside the head. Vermont is going to probably let him off easy, Louisiana is going to turn him upside down and try to shake out non-existent coins and that'll probably be it. They might lock him up for a year? I don't even think that'll happen though.
