What kind of time can Boss realistically expect though?

Even if he pissed off the courts enough to give him time I can't imagine it would be very long. The system is so overburdoned with violent criminals Even assaults and rapes are being given very low sentences.

He has already been given his sentence. If his probation is revoked, then the sentence of 3 years will automatically be imposed. Them letting him get away this long with skipping tests and pissing hot if he ever did show up was the only leniency they could really offer, and he used it all up.

Austin will get one last chance from the judge: double or nothing on Minesweeper.

Three years is bad, but it's going to be even worse if his probation gets revoked as he may then catch another charge for running out of court to bang the judge's mom (damn that judicial pussy nice!)

Austin's teflon hasn't completely disappeared yet. He's going to get released like Alex was from Clockwork Orange. It'll come out that the prison was using cruel and unusual experimental punishments on him (aka stopping him from gambling and smoking crack) so his charges will get dropped and they'll have to pay him off for all of the pain and suffering.

First place he'll go when he's released is the Korova Crack Bar

I hope in place of Ludwig Van they use the Jew Nigger.

The judge has the discretion to re-instate up to the already set sentence. Meaning he could just get probation (he got it last time his probation was violated) or since he was halfway through his probation, he'd get half way through his time, or 18 months. If you see it pop up as some odd number of days thats to take credit for any time served if allowed.

Your prior sentence is not automatically imposed, but you cannot get more than your prior sentence. They often do not give the entire sentence back halfway through unless the violations are severe and numerous. Austin just has had 4 oopsie doodles and a pending felony charge which would bring a 5th probation oopsie doodle.

Even Matt Hardin underestimated the lolcow shield. Null said in a previous MATI that Hardin thought Austin was fucked because there were too many violations. And then he got another probation. My point is, absolutely no one can predict the energy levels of the tardshield, but the problem with Austin is that it really is a matter of time because there is NOTHING in the world that will make him stop doing crack as soon as released. So, even if he gets another chance, it really just postpones the inevitable, he will end up in prison and we will all have to mourn this wonderful thread in the "Lolcows of History" forum.

Its okay, once he gets his 160,000 after getting out, he will get the fuck out of Ratginia, and move to somewhere where he can smoke Crack and gamble in peace, without having to worry about no fagbag cops and judges.

Calling it now. He’s gonna plead out and get more probation. No, stop, I don’t want to hear about how this is “more serious.” They’re just going to let him go like they always do. He’s violated his probation like 5 times and it always ends the same way. This will NOT be an exception. He’ll be smugly eating cheeseburgers in no time.
