He probably thinks that it would vindicate (TM Lowtax Industries) all his claims because either the police will do nothing thus proving his case, or he will have irrefutable proof that there is a criminal cybergang cult that is stalking him and his fart receptacle of a wife.

Some small part of me thinks Pat is going off TV court logic where surprise witnesses or criminals in on the case are in the courtroom and the court will stop everything to entertain the idea and put them on the stand or detain and get them to confess.

The reality is if they're doing literally nothing to distract from or impede the trial the court has no reason to lift a finger. They are not parties to the case and even if they tried to do some angle where he's like a child: "Your honor, my client is having anxiety attacks and is incontinent because this bald diapered gentleman is in the gallery." I feel like the court would say "He's a big boy, he can keep his eyes forward and ignore them."

That clearly is how Patrick thinks, despite his not insignificant experience of being in court.

He really does think that if he gets and unmasks “stalkers” in a courtroom in any capacity, the judge will immediately sentence them to death.
