I mean. if this was to happen it would almost certainly be a disaster. But it could also be a good thing long term. That is if we were then able to move to a more sustainable, reasonable, less corrupt economy that actually centers around producing rather than speculation, and debt.

It's not that simple or easy. But a true full on crash of the economy wouldn't necessarily be the worst thing, as bad as it would be, and as much as it would effect peoples lives in the short term. Because everything in our world is built up around the fraud of an economy we currently have.

Jimmy Savile died 15 years ago and there was, as I recall, a couple of dozen arrests within four or five years of his death. There will never be anything like that in America.

I wouldn't exactly say that post was optimistic. It is the only way things will possibly change for the better as far as I can see. That doesn't mean the same people that got us where we are now wouldn't step in again. But it's pretty much the only chance for meaningful change.

Also a global collapse of the current financial system doesn't mean a literal apocalypse is going to happen. It would be a big deal. But it's not exactly going to send us back to being a hunter gatherer economy, much less pre-industrial revolution.

brave of you to assume that a global financial collapse (a great reset where everyone owns nothing and is happy) is just a 'big deal' rather than a 'literal apocalypse' for anyone who enjoys luxuries like running water, electricity, or not dying of a preventable infection

Because it literally isn't an apocolypse, and it doesn't mean everyone would own nothing. The current financial system, as in the stock market/wallstreet/global trade only runs the world because people have put faith in it, and agreed that it has meaning. It's essentially just a concept that holds up as long as society agrees it does. And the market as we have it now hasn't always been what the world has based itself on. Really it's a relatively new thing as far as the span of history goes, it hasn't even been like this for the entirety of America's existence. So no it wouldn't be a literal apocolypse. it might be that for certain businesses, that the world would be better off losing anyway. But it wouldn't mean life necessarily comes to a halt for everyone. The economy we have built up was a giant mistake, and it will crash sooner or later. It's inevitable, it's actually happened in the past, and we repeated pretty much the same mistakes that happened in Europe against the warnings of people that knew better. The same thing will happen that happened back then because we based our economy off of the same flawed ideas.


This is the one I'm talking about.


But, there are unfortunately more examples. This one just seems to have the biggest parallels to what we have now. In many ways we moved to a system like this, and it's a disaster waiting to happen.

Im no expert or military guy.. But im sure that the Us military has been devolving weapons of mass destruction on the scale of well.. a 13th centuary "the end times are approaching" maniacs description of the end prophecy (Ill have to fucking remember that line) for if its ever time to go to war. If ww3 "Offically" happens and its not a game of slightly pushing each other in hopes one does not go nuclear but a ACUTAL all hands on deck war, then it will end in minutes, like the weapons of mass destruction(I know I sound like a schizo right now) that will be deployed is going to make ANY call of duty game look like a fucking bouncy house tea party. War is almost never done nowadays because of nuclear weapons and the scale of sheer destruction that can be achieved in minutes, there is nothing you can do when someone just drops a nuke.. Troops are useless when at any time you can just nuke their home country. And then the only way to fight back would be to nuke THEM as well, and before you know it were playing Fallout in real life.

Im sure they are doing some form of tests behind the curtains. Then again, im no expert on weaponry of Military well anything..

You see, the difference between this and the shit he's posting now (which I don't actually think he's doing to be honest) is that someone else made that, back then, trump probably wasn't aware of memes, the most he went was that one image of him retweeting a pepe meme of him with "can't stump the trump" I even think he almost said it at a rally before. Nowadays ever since he got the boot from twitter, he's just schizoposting, goes on these long fucking rants and AI Slops himself. Trump (and most things in this life) are more funny when they aren't aware of their meme status and it comes from other people rather than him. It's like beating a joke into a ground.
