Remember that allegations you make during civil litigation are "libel-proof" in the sense that you can't be sued for, well, libel/slander/defamation for the shit you accuse your opponents of during a court case. While normally I would say this is dumb and overly deferential to the accused, it is notable here that the rape allegations are not part of the legal claims -- its the injection (battery for injecting, emotional distress relating to the injection, fraud because hes not a doctor and a throwaway claim for him using her name and likeness in videos without consent).

So it really is just a drive-by rape allegation, likely immune from defamation claims (Its possible a court would not grant immunity where, as here, the allegations are not core to the underlying legal case, but it is muddy).

She was a child, so regardless its fucking gross and she doesnt have a functioning brain, but come on girl, if he raped you (twice?), why on earth would you meet up with him six months later and let him inject you with god knows what? And then after that go to bars and continue to consume alcohol with him on various occasions? Just total insanity.
