Tom's attention was always the real target of Andy's fixation. Maybe it all goes back to Mike's friend in the end, but as Janet got older and more disabled, she became competition for Tom's attention. Janet was also the one Andy first tried to kill, IIRC. That goes back to the early childhood years when he was still an absolute psycho and hadn't thought up safer ways to lash out.

it could also be why andy reserves snapping his fingers and being extra annoying for tom. If tom's mad at him it means more attention. a baby tantrums when it wants something.

While she was a shit tier mom, andy's behavior went far beyond what any son would do to their mother. In many ways its the total oppisite of chris in that case. Chris loved barb too much, andy waved knives at her, screamed at her, wished she would die, and tried to kill her.
 
I found it utterly baffling how he got away with as much as he did for a full 6 years (2018-2024) of babyman life in NYS. That was until I listened to the Fair Hearings, when he's putting on his best behaviour to try and scam services act. That is why every agency was so eager to fob him off on someone else. They can deal with the shit, the tantrums, and Andrew J. Ditch Esq., Attorney at Shitting, with his sovcit-like ability to quote statutes and apply them incorrectly. It's disaboolity advocate Amby that is the most aggravating.


The first factor is the Poopsquatch's ever-present companion, the Bin Toad.

He speaks incredibly slowly, like he set his AAC to 0.75x speed. He doesn't fucking listen to anything. He sits there like a rotting gourd in a shitty diaper, humming and snapping his fingers when he can remember to do it, waiting for his turn to steamroll the conversation again. He claims to be "confused", forcing the other person(s) to repeat themself/selves, so he can just not listen again, and start up another speech. That is maddening in a way the tantrums just aren't.

In Joe's defence, he wears some pretty beefy looking noise-cancelling headphones when he's home, to block out the cacophony of barking dogs, Tawm washing dishes like he's mixing concrete, and Amby's AAC. The Nest would have sent an alert to Joe's phone had Mawm called for help.

This right here. DAYAB is who Amby really wants to baby him, even when it was Mawm changing his diapers. The only explanation that makes sense IMO is that Mike's friend did it, and Jan coached Amby to say it was Mike. Andy and Mike even talked up until a couple years ago, when it was Mike who cut Amby out.

I guess they just trade him around because these agencies would rather do that than risk opening up a lawsuit (or just... doing something about him). I mean, there's no use in winning a lawsuit from andy. he has nothing to take. So even if they win and bar him from, say, APS, APS is still out the time and money researching him and get nothing back.

Better to just trade andy like a hot potato than actually fix the problem. the modern solution to everything. I think they're hoping andy slips up and outs himself or he gives up.

This is sort of his trump card. He makes speaking to him such a test of patience that you're inclined to take his word just to hurry the process along and minimise the amount of time you have to spend with him. One thing you have to hand to Amdy is that he's incredibly adept at being irritating. Every recording of this man interacting with another human being is an absolute masterclass in exasperation. There are things he could teach to the torturers at Iraqi prisons.

Amby can't sue them without wrecking his whole act, which hinges on him being declared legally incompetent. Thus he needs Tawm or an appointed guardian to get NY OPWDD to give him free lifelong ABDL daycare.

Some people consider Live PD to be one of the most damaging pieces of media against the acab movement but in reality it's probably Andy ditch videos. He has harassed the police in every manner except "I AINT REZISTINGG!!!" and like 799/800 times they actually tried to help him in some regard

Update: I realized there was also a taser. It's the part where the fake says "HE'S GUNNA SHÜT ME! YER GUNNA SHÜT ME! " Guess his dumbass thought it was a gun, even though they have yellow ALL OVER them.
