'cause Nick is a public figure and he chooses to be a public figure. So people saying that they disagree with his far right politics and going to his house to confront him about his politics. Is reasonable. He is not a private citizen. He is a public commentator. It'd be the same thing if someone went to Tucker Carlson's house or the White House to confront the president.

His spending thousands and thousands of dollars for continuances seems to be the piece that people are overlooking. The court probably eventually just got tired of it and said fuck off we have better things to do. Nick probably spent well over $100k on this to extended the court battle to avoid having to actually serve his entire sentence and forcing their hand to stay the remaining sentence.

I've seen no evidence to support Nick's claim that the charge was dismissed but maybe I missed something.
 
But there should have been enormous pressure from leftist politicians and influencers to keep this case going, regardless of what Nick did. But oddly - very oddly - the leftists were virtually silent about it... A supposed "white nationalist" anti-semite neo-nazi shoves an old Jewish woman to the ground, she could have suffered a massive head injury from that fall, and the leftists practically ignored it. That says it all.

It will be interesting to see the coverage this new video release gets from the lefties. I expect more crickets.
