Trump Enslavement Syndrome - Orange man good. /r/The_Donald and any public demonstration of rabid pro-Trump enthusiasm in spite of all reason.

Name some of these astroturfed paper-pushing jobs.
You don't get to call that Soviet bureaucracy when it seems like you're calling for a system that's similar to China.
It just seems like you bought into the same retarded "5 supervisors surrounding one person doing the hard labour" meme. Everyone I know who ever bought into that meme were either uneducated retail/burger flippers (which is fine) or downright retarded neets mooching mummy (not fine, deserves more bullying).
Journalist, receptionist, call centre, "communicator".
I've never seen an idiot with 5 supervisor. Maybe if we had that then people would actually work instead of playing touhou on the phone at the passport office all day.

Social security is not always considered welfare. I mean, it should be but it's not welfare within the context of our discussion because no one sees an old person, who lives on social security, spending their money and judges them like they do welfare people.

But why would you only be upset when black people spend welfare money stupidly and not white people? That is pure MAGAloid behavior
To be fair, I absolutely would defund boomer pensions, fuck them over here especially, and given how retarded boomers act in the U.S. I suspect defunding american boomers' pensions, medicare etc wouldn't exactly be an unpopular stance among working americans.

I don't exactly want them to starve, and I do believe in taxation to a certain degree, but I'm being taxed 45% of my paycheck, only 8% of which is tax on earnings, the rest goes straight to social security and the healthcare system.

Frankly, paying more than the pre-tax minimum wage in my country is nothing short of a ripoff, considering it's primarily going to old fat retards that never cared about their health and who spend their days spewing toothless hick opinions about politics.

This absolutely would be unpopular what are you talking about? Our entire retirement system has been broken down over time and now most people rely on government assistance when they retire to stay alive.

You close that off and suddenly the vast majority of Americans have no retirement plan. People will have to work longer, reduce their quality of life dramatically, etc.

I think alot of people forget they will one day be the old people utilizing these services lol

I do not expect Social Security to be a thing when I retire and am eligible. I am paying for a system I believe I will never get a dime back from.

Okay.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of people have no other options than public assistance when they are older. So my point still stands that removing it will be unpopular. Removing entitlements and similar programs are political suicide.

Didn't realize what a toolbag he was in day to day life because the news cycle was about shit like TWO SCOOPS and peepeepoopoo tapes.
Thats because despite what the media says, they love Trump since his clown show gets more people to watch the news. They do everything in their power to undermine actual issues and people who'd actually have solutions because they are owned by the same people who gain more under Trump

Since when do politicians care what's popular or unpopular? You think extending their ability to blanket spy on Americans with no warrant was a POPULAR stance or something? You think the Iran war is a popular war? Huh?

I am talking about the numerous posts on every social media site that go something along the lines of "day of the pillow soon, boomer"

I am under no illusion that the pension fund I've been paying into ever since I started working will be around by the time it is my turn.
I am seriously considering suing the government to remove me from the social security net, which is usually possible here, although with plenty of red tape. That way I'd only pay 8% instead of 45% (and capital gains tax of 10% for the difference), and you bet your ass I could make a bigger retirement fund on my own, if only by following the S&P 500 and nothing more. In fact, if I simply take the difference in tax and put it into savings without investing a single cent, I'd still probably be better off, factoring in inflation and all.
This goes for the healthcare system too, despite having free healthcare almost every time I've needed something looked at fast I just went to a private hospital anyway.

Since when do politicians care what's popular or unpopular? You think extending their ability to blanket spy on Americans with no warrant was a POPULAR stance or something? You think the Iran war is a popular war? Huh?
Hey chud, only panicans would be against the Patriot Act, bombing Iran, and foaming the runways for the 2008 crash, S&L crash, etc etc.
Trump lives in your heard rent-free! TRVST THE PLVN

Social Security is partly in trouble because Republicans added a cap for how much you can pay in, based on your income. If they would instead eliminate that cap but then cap on how much you can claim (inflation-adjusted) it would help a lot. But that would mean that rich people pay a few percent more in taxes and trailer park living MAGAloids don't like the idea of rich people having to pay taxes

"Hakeem Jeffries just called the Supreme Court of the United States an illegitimate Court! This is a Low IQ individual, who should not be allowed to talk that way about one of the Greatest Institutions anywhere in the World."

"They ALWAYS vote as a group, or BLOCK, even that new, Low IQ person, that somehow found her way to the bench (Sleepy Joe!)."
"No, certain “Republican” Justices have just gone weak, stupid, and bad, completely violating what they “supposedly” stood for."
I mean, come on. Seriously, MIGA, you're okay with this?

As for the interview with MTG after. All I'll say is I do think her heart is in the right place at least.
I've said it before about MTG and I'll say it now. Whatever principles and morals she has, they lead her to agree with some reprehensible form of Trump that she conjured up in her head.

I don't relate to her moral code and I may also suggest she was dumb for thinking Trump would be morally consistent. But I do believe she has scruples - she isn't kicking off at Trump because she was excluded; she was excluded because she kicked off at Trump for violating her moral principles. For that she earns my begrudging respect because she is willing to take a principled stand instead of just supporting Trump to own the libs. That's how low the bar is.

That is true, but given the amount of debt it's putting on the US, sooner or later, they're gonna have to do something. Hell, even one of the reasons for getting so many H1Bs is because they pay taxes into welfare and social security, but unlike citizens, cannot take from it.

Of course they are. It is like any and all systems. It's not about the principle; it's about whether it's on their side or not. SCOTUS is like the filibuster. If the result is against them, well, that's an evil/useless system that must be reformed or dismantled or whatever. However, when on their side, it's a perfect, good thing and anyone talking bad about it is evil and wrong.

This guy is like the the personification of the kind of person the Trump campaign (and miggers) imagine liberals/democrats are. Really it's like he was made in a lab to be the perfect example of everything they say about liberals. A lot like how that one migger goes on Piers Morgan debates to be the most smug annoying possible version of a Trump supporter, it makes me suspicious if this guy is just getting paid to be like this. It makes it really hard to not hate him, and I seriously do get the same vibes from this guy I get from that other guy (who I can't remember the name of because he's an irrelevant faggot) that is essentially on the polar opposite side of him politically.

Although I think this guy is worse. He genuinely gets mad over the word retarded, then proceeds to use the word retarded to attack her for using the word retarded as an example.

He just made his own side look worse during this debate in pretty much every way. I hope for his own sake he is actually some kind of controlled opposition, because if he isn't he is truly retarded.

Oh god, Brian, you had ONE JOB...

Debating that cunt should have been a walk in the park, but apparently he couldn't even manage that. Yea, I do hope he's controlled opposition.

Jesus fuck I always thought fat people are absolutely repulsive but this is worse than almost any fatty I've seen irl
That is sir Ethan Oliver Ralph, committing egregious war crimes against Iranians from his KFC bucket-ridden white trash mobile on a road trip to Hormuz. He's a fun rabbit hole. Sahrry Breahnna!

Yeah - well after the point where Trump's unflagging support for Israel had garnered massive controversy. I imagine she sees the writing on the wall and is taking the nearest exit ramp to ensure she still has a base that will listen to her podcasts, or support her if she reenters politics on a revamped platform. I just refuse to believe any lawmaker, intellectual, or influencer who supported Trump for *that long* could be motivated by something other than cynicism.

Does anybody know what this executive order is, that he signed today? Something about retirement savings?

I figure he's trying to suck up to boomers, the only ppl who still back Israel (according to recent stats, not saying they all do) and his military meddling in the region. Trying to consolidate votes before the midterms.

But is there anything to it?
