IIRC neither are transitioned by doctors. Thai ladyboys can transition young because estrogen is OTC, and Hijra just castrate boys themselves. None of them are "medical experts"

I've said this before but it bears repeating; I had the misfortune to watch the movie Cuckoo with no prior awareness of Hunter Schaffer, and my first thought was why the fuck is this teenage daughter so ugly? I thought they must've put prosthetics on an otherwise normal looking girl for plot reasons, because it was a horror movie after all, and maybe they were foreshadowing demonic possession. After 5 minutes I realised Hunter was a man playing a teenage girl and that was just his face.

In the left-most photo he looks a lot like Finnster in the face. It's not working out for him either. They're just men with more rounded faces and features closer together than the average man, it's not gonna trick anyone after young adulthood.

They have backstreet surgeons in Thailand but from what I've heard, the ladyboys use hormones but can't afford the surgeries. They only get surgeries if they find a Western schmuck who's foolish enough to pay for it.
I feel like a lot of Asian boys get feminised by the girls in their community. I saw a Filipino kid once who was only about 9, but he was already a full blown ladyboy. The girls in the neighbourhood took pride in dressing him up and teaching him to walk etc. It's common in Asia for everyone to just hang out together in the street.
The only adult ladyboys I saw in the Philippines were down and out prostitutes. They can't even afford hormones so most of them just end up looking like big scary guys in a mini skirt. Kind of like this guy.

Even in their screenshots it says that breasts were reduced, not removed. So the woman still has breasts and very likely can breastfeed while pooners can only scare people with their zippertits.

This reminds me some time ago troons tried to push idea that anything cis people do for health and beauty is also a gender affirming therapy. For example, balding men doing hair transplant is made to be more manly so for them it is literally same is chopping a dick.

That’s pretty much just big sister syndrome. I’m positive, with that hopeful delusion, that he grew out of it or just turned out to be gay. Asian (and most) girls like dressing up things they find cute. Kinda like have a little puppy to gush over. That, and it’s a bit hilarious to put a boy in a dress and parade him around. Out of terms of hideousness, I’d spoiler it. Outside of that, I don’t even see the big deal anymore. After seeing most of the trannies on these thread, this isn’t even close to a jump scare.
