I’m not happy about myself for getting one, but I’m gonna. The Triumvirate are the best Sith outside Vader and Sheev. Them getting the shit Palpatine and Vader both craved………… and being ruined by it is still genius. Plus they didn’t have the not-Empire trappings that Old Republic Sith have, they’re beyond it.

I sold all my nerd shit last year outside Warhammer and a single Mafex figure, including all my Star Wars books and remaining merch to fund a move. But I’m gonna make an exception to all my rules for the Triumverate from Black Series.

Ah, I understand now. It's like a Thinking Gun! I keep a pistol or smaller rifle nearby to disassemble and reassemble to help my thinking process. Lugers and C96s are the best for that, modern pistols are too easy to field strip.

i think the real reason is George Lucas wrote the dialogue and he's an autist who doesn't know how humans interact with each other.

It's criminally retarded they chose to make the reveal of that little pork pie in fortnite. They expected people not all of whom actually have access to it, to play their stupid little concert. Also nice to get it confirmed. Pretty darn clear that Sam is actually paying for these idiots to try to pretend there's real support, so that he can pressure Dave and RatCo for more crap so that he doesn't have to learn new voice lines.

And of course it wouldn't take long. It's mostly just rejected crap from TCW another repackaged garbage because that's all Dave does. It's the same episodic shit without any creativity whatsoever.

I dunno, when someone tells me they're a star wars fan there's usually a 50/50 chance that they actually are pretty familiar with the EU. Usually the ones that aren't are younger zoomers who grew up when the EU was getting overshadowed by Filoni Wars or boomers/gen xers who were too old to have kids when the prequels were coming out.

Unironically I would sooner trust Fromsoft or even Koei-Tecmo to make a good Star Wars game than anyone tapped by current day Lucasfilm.

I might buy it, depending on my mood. Why Hasbro decided to pack-in an existing figure with Traya instead of releasing Sion and Traya instead is mind-boggling since there was already a solo Nihilus that was reissued for some time.

I think this Nihilus is a new body? I’ve been out of the game for awhile but proportions look different from the old. The reason is Nihilus is the one most likely to be known by normies from click bait slop.

The confusion comes from why not just do a three-pack and upcharge the shit out of it?

The question is which Scion design is it gonna be? Cause I could see the fuckers using the smoother (more easy to make from repurposed parts) Force Unleashed look that SWTOR used.

Sam will always get points for actually being a fan (unlike Furloni) and those Force Unleashed streams were cozy. He genuinely seems like the last sane man in the building, even though he is pretty blatantly stooging for his show that nobody cares about.

I say that as a Maul fan, I can see the writing on the wall, his survival retcon is coming.

I'm pretty sure he could've just copied the tone of the OT if he wanted to. I'm inclined to agree with the notion that Anakin and Padme are both emotionally stunted people. Unlike Luke, Leia, and Han who had regular upbringings, Padme was forced into a position of immense power as a teenager, and Anakin came from an order of monks that forbade any contact that led to attachment. Compare that to Leia, who only had minimal power as an adult, and Han, who is just a coke-smuggling cowboy, or Luke, who grew up in a comfortable landowing home, the difference is night and day.

Yeah no, the OT was good in spite of George not because of him and the best one was made without him directing. “A New Hope” was a nightmare in production, everyone was rolling over him and was saved by tight editing and people willing to say no.

George could not have made them in the tone of the OT because he chased all the useful people away, got divorced from one of them and surrounded himself by braying sycophants, the consequences of which we are still dealing with.

False. Anyone could easily just copy the tone of the OT. Hell, many have succeeded. That just was not the story Lucas was telling, because the PT is NOT the OT. The OT was straightforward good vs. evil with likeable heroes and basic storytelling. The PT was about the fall of a civilization and the rise of darkness. You cannot have the same kind of tone with both.

The PT was about autism and incompetence, love it, grew up on it, but no, George is a fucking retard and 2/3 of the prequels are crap the same way the Avatar movies are.

The Sequel era being so much worse has created some revisionist history regarding the prequels but nah, everything before the fun and games on Geonosis is the diary of robot who is desperately trying to emulate organic behaviour.

Episode 3 is kino though.
