Do you think it's a group of like five people in a room, and they personally review everything you like before they smoke it from orbit?
Like literally any tech company on the planet, everything that is done there is logged and exists within their system. A specific action is submitted by one engineer, then reviewed by another and approved. Other engineers can look these up and get details regarding the grounds for termination. If this is erroneous, they have the exact name of the engineer who submitted the initial request. Releasing the name of that engineer would be grounds for termination, but H3's/Keem's/etc reps could still talk with that rep/engineer and get him to explain himself. If he's found to have done it in error, the channels can be reinstated in the same way that Warski's was in the first place. The fact that their appeal is still sitting open after three weeks suggests there's nothing in their guidelines/TOS to justify its deletion outright.
Literally everything else that has happened since, every single demonetization, stream take-down, and age-restriction has been an abuse of the automated system, same as this one. The person filing these reports understands what imagery the bots, which scan every single video on the platform, will flag as positive once you issue a report. Even if these are overturned on appeal, the point is to disrupt and demoralize people.
What YT did during the Biden years was that it issued guidelines about Covid and the 2020 election that were extremely austere and they told all their overseas reps (who know fuckall about either one) to be as strict about the shit as possible. This led to a fuckton of people getting kicked off of the platform for "misinformation," but everything they did during this period was following their own internal guidelines. They were retarded guidelines, but it was not a smoke-filled room where a shadowy cabal kicked everyone to the right of Stalin off of their platform.
If you really believe the TOS don't matter and youtube plays by no rules, then this thread isn't gonna be one to watch because Jer will just shut all of his competitors down and reign supreme with zero consequence, and it will be a total alcoholic victory. At this point, YouTube is looking bad and not just in this political or grifter or whatever "sphere" this is. Makes sense they messaged someone who got struck down directly because people just start flocking to Kick and Rumble to watch those streams instead and they lose viewers. And it HAS to be him otherwise, just stupid flagging from randoms, even if it were several people, would not result in such swift and extreme bans from so many channels. Would a big channel like moistcritikal or Asmongold get a strike as well? It's even more ridiculous because he as 2M subscribers but fewer views than most channels just under 100k subs

When you upload a video on youtube, it is scanned before it goes live for content that violates the TOS or copyright. If you are uploading yourself shooting a guy or committing a violent crime, this scan will stop you from being able to upload the video.
If you stream something, they have no real fucking clue what you're doing. A bot can't scan it in real-time for offensive content, and as a result they're a lot more sensitive about any reports on the material. When a report comes in, the bot they have scanning knows what it's looking for, so it can quickly review the stream (or the region designated in the report) and if it passes the bar, the stream will get pulled. YT is paranoid about their platform being used to stream christchurch or a school shooting or whatever.
Whoever flagged that section knew that it would trigger the oversensitive strike violation and was certainly coached on how to abuse the system. Or they just tried it for the fuck of it and got lucky, really.

Kuerig enshitified their K Cup machines. They don't hold a patent on the cups and couldn't get one if they tried. That is why they put an RFID chip in the paper tops of their cups. If one of their coffee machines doesn't detect it, it will not work. So, what people started doing was saving the paper tops and putting them over their non Kuerig approved K Cups of coffee. I don't know if that still works though.

There are expensive devices you can put in the chain so to speak that allow you to do it but the average streamer isn't going to spend that kind of money. Steven Crowder has one for his setup and I think he said it was tens of thousands of dollars on his show once or twice.
