There are many reasons to hate this kind of phrasing of course, especially when it’s used by transphobes, but bear with me for a second.
I think most of us are aware of the fact that using so-called “biology” and chromosomes to explain someone’s “biological s3x” is a bunch of bullshit. In nature, there’s plenty of combinations of chromosomes and hormones that can result in many different phenotypes, but this is not the only reason why I don’t like this kind of wording.
Being transgender is something completely natural, it happens in the natural world more often than we think. Therefore, if I NATURALLY am a trans man, would that not make me biologically a man?
Biology is much more complex than what the average person thinks, and it doesn’t only refer to “automatic” processes like gene expression, but there’s entire branches such as neurobiology and ethology that study, for example, behavior (source: I’m a biologist), and I am tired of seeing people with high school level biology knowledge use the word “biological” so randomly.
I know there are probably some linguists and sociologists in this sub so I’d love your input on the topic!

Every time I read these kinds of posts all I ever take away from it is even more ways I can misgender trannies. Sorry, lil' dude but not only are you a biological woman, but you are also a woman by the standards of both neurobiology and ethology. I mean, even if you want to define gender by behavior (which personally I find extremely retarded) then all it does is grant me the ability to tell transwomen then they're not women because they act like men.

Even on the zippertit side, maybe I'm incorrect but the total mastectomies done on women due to cancer usually tend to look better? Maybe they get the better surgeons who practice medicine as calling whereas pooners get stuck with plastic surgeons who are borderline grifters?

They tend to look just as rough simply because so much more tissue needs to be removed. I know some surgeons do their best for those women since they have no choice (unlike poons n troons), but it’s not simple and some women end up wearing prosthetics to keep their chest looking like before.

Aye and I believe it works better when implants are going in due to how the tissue is treated but I could be full of shit. Regardless I have not seen cancer survivors shirtless and smug a day after a double mastectomy for all of TikTok and the motherland to see. That seems to be solely reserved for the physically healthy, mentally deranged, most very true and honest dudes.

Another big difference is they don’t bitch and revise a million times because it’s ACTUALLY life-saving surgery for them.

This is the reason why I hate trans people the most. My mom had it and she never complained, she even said she lost over 10 pounds from it. Then there's people who will do it for free for no reason.
