The Su-57 might be one, but Russia still hasn't developed engines for it so the LO on the Su-57 is not very low, to say nothing of STOL and the weapon selection is ....paltry, but better than the chinks.
Eurofighter line restart is virtually impossible due to stakeholder slapfighting, and its not LO, but is otherwise a very competent performance interceptor.
The Rafale also has no LO, no STOVL (though there is a carrier version), and performance is no questionable. They've done well as attack craft against ISIS and French pilots have done well in war games/simulated engagements, the Rafale's poor showing against the Pakistani JF-17's - which might very well be poorly trained and breifed Indian pilots and not the airframe - puts a shadow over its suitability for a modern threat environment
