Fat Tony is on his Catch Me If You Can tour of Europe. He might be doing some family tree research, investigating the possibility that he is related to the British Royal Family through the Hapsburg line. I can see why he might think that. He does lead with his chin.

The brief visit to plucky Ukraine is understandable, It was the European leader in the production of CP until those pesky Russkies invaded. Ukrainian special police battalions were highly respected in the SS for their enthusiasm and efficiency in despatching thousands of gypos and gimps.
I do wonder if Uncle Tony’s extended and numerous visits to Europe and Manchester are to evade personal service of the bankruptcy papers. The rules are quite strict in that unless the court orders otherwise, service must be personal in nature.
He’s a slippy fucker that’s fer sure.
If @Legal Gengar does engage someone to personally serve Tony, then they might like to know that when The Halitosis Kid is in Manchester he stays with Fred Wallace.who lives nearby and makes a nuisance of himself whenever the Free Speech Union is in town. I recall one meeting when Fred stood up and made a right tit of himself.

You have to wonder how much of Lynsay Watson's ability to avoid harassment charges and Fat Tony's ability to evade bankruptcy is due to the powers that be being pro troon and how much of it is just standard underclass scumbag gamesmanship basically working against the legal system. If you're a law abiding citizen with a family, a job and assets being threatened with legal action is terrifying. If you're one of the underclass you probably know things like "If you can avoid them serving past the time limit you get off. For your case it's six months" and "If you don't have any assets but fraudulently claim a bunch of benefits worst they can do is knock 20% off one them. So you're down 5% total worst case. Plus you can probably get that back by claiming extreme hardship". And then there's the fact that even though none of these people have jobs that isn't the same as not having sources of income which are off the books.

I've decided my Grand Unified Theory of Yookay 'justice' is this
There is low state capacity. Most crimes aren't even investigated let alone solved. E.g. 80-90% of burglaries are unsolved. Same for car thefts. Everyone knows the meme of "I called the police, they gave me a crime number and seemed very bemused I didn't just stop calling after that".
The people in charge know this so what they do is go to the ends of the Earth to nail designated 'enemy of the state types'. This could be anything from Tommy Robinson to Graham Linehan to our own Ma Farrow. Weirdly none of these people are really outside the Overton Window, they're more like at the edge of it. If you really are outside the Overton Window they just ignore you. I.e. the point is to sort of herd people on the edge back into the window.
The purpose of going hard after enemies of the state is to try to convince non-underclass types to stay in line. Back before Musk took over Twitter it was backed up by things like getting people fired, censored etc but that doesn't work anymore. Or at least not for the Yookay's designated 'enemies of the state'.

Fat Tony and his, ahem, protege, have been in court yesterday and today over Graham Linehan's appeal against his conviction for smashing Tarquin's phone. Linehan won as there was no proof when the phone was damaged and the troon cry bullies didn't even mention it for a few days until it became clear that the police were ignoring their complaints about misgendering. There are a couple of reports available here and here if you care about the details, but I just want to post and laugh at this photo of FT and his oh so womanly calves.

Fat Tony’s repeated attendance at this court appeal would have provided an excellent opportunity for @Legal Gengar ‘s process server to personally serve him with the bankruptcy petition. No one at these proceedings reported any such kerfuffle on that front which might indicate that he has already been served.

The 64191 SIC code is interesting as it may imply that officers of the company may have to be registered under the FCA’s Senior Manager Regime.

So there was originally a Mr Aramis Ahmet Eraslan who updated their details to Mx Sophia Abigail Eraslan on 22 Oct 2024. Then a Sophia Abigail Brooks was appointed 6 days later and who then resigned a matter of weeks later. Nothing to see here, I’m sure.

If this is Tarquin and he was born in November 2005 then he was nearly 19 in October 2024 when the Glinner/phone incident occured (not 17 as reported and therefore not a minor). Nor was he a "child" when Sean Doyle posted the AI image for which Hayden took him to court. Hopefully there will be some robust legal activity to ascertain this.
