Europe is probably the only one that we can confidently say doesn't have great undiscovered exploitable deposits like this, with China being a close second runner by virtue of having actively prospected for them. South America and Africa are probably lousy with valuable shit, but nobody wants to deal with the exploratory mining because even if they do confirm deposits, it'll get stolen out from under them by various destabilizing groups in the regions. India too, incompetence and laziness likely keeps much of it hidden from them
