Is this even real at this point? If she was arrested for csam why would they allow her to still have internet access?

Someone she knows said they confiscated other items like figurines and dakimakuras. If they took those then why not take away her internet access? Wouldn’t forensics want to comb through her devices?

I can’t help but question if this is a stunt to make lolifags look like they’re being victimized.

Without exaggeration, a gacha game where you play as "Sensei" (Teacher) in a city full of students. As you collect your gacha and "hang out" with these students who range from teenagers to Children.
A game where you, as a player, can collect children to go on a date with them. Oh, as a bonus, some characters wear skimpy swimsuits as well. Anytime I came across Blue Archive players, they are some of the most mentally ill, weirdest and most cringe human beings I ever met.

THIS, I played an hour of the game only to find out it was for those who like the idea of taking their students out on dates, who happen to look like an 10 year old make you wonder whose the game for.

I look into this Mimi Vtuber situation There two possibility of what transpired. I wanna say that I'm not that well verse into how UK Police conduct or the standard of evidence for this specific scenario. So take what I said with some grain of salt.

What we do know is that UK police do have a track record for arresting people for online activities. And based on what I can dig up on most of their online account before they were purged yesterday. (All of the online activities related to this person have been purged from the internet.) While some may say it's the UK Police doing that it is generally not what they do. And purges happen on their carrd.co linktree. This is unlikely to be done by UK Police. As If it were done by them, the account would have been taken down, and those links would just be dead links to accounts that show up suspended. Going to their Blue Sky account shows it's been manually deactivated. If it were a government take-down request, it would have shown up as suspended.
So we know that Mimi Yanagi recently decided to mass delete all their online footprint right after being out on bail (According to information shared by her friend and supporter Saying she is out on bail)

First Possibility Is that this is one of the cases where UK Police are just going around arresting people for their online activities. As far as we know from little info shared or what I gather. Most of their online activities consisted of drawing their Loli OC Character in sexual positions. I personally don't know if in the UK Laws that constitute as obscene or illegal or not.

So there is a possibility that they were arrested for drawing children in suggestive or explicit situations. ( I have not personally seen evidence for the latter. But would not be surprise if those exist and they are making it). That Possibility #1

The second possibility is that they were arrested for possession of CSAM. ANd were just lying publicly saying they were arrested for drawing. The evidence to support this is according to her and their support, though leaks DM screenshot. The UK Police have taken her Body Pillow, Figurine and her Doujin.

While the image of British Bobby carrying out an anime body pillow from her goon cave is funny. (as illustrated by Google Gemini), I don't see why they would do that. Wouldn't they just take her computer and her phone for investigation instead of her Body pillow and Hentai collection? Story too convenient for me. And fit in too well with the Loli/shocon narrative. Currently, her account in question does not exist anymore. We know this account used to exist, as Chibi were replying to it yesterday. Consider as part of bail agreement she need to be "Fully transparent to prevent breach of her bail" Doesn't deleting that account entirely stop whatever the bail office is checking up if she is fulfilling their bail agreement would violence that bail agreement? If that is what the bail agreement is true at all.

In conclusion, while there is a possibility that UK police are being over zealot arresting people for online activities. There is a huge level of inconsistency and detail in the story that does not make any sense at all.
and with the case of a Norwegian man who "Got jail for playing Video game" and when you look deep into it you find that they got arrested and jailed for CSAM. And the Loli Hentai games would have just been misdemeanour and community service And the fact they got flagged by NCMEC who we know don't flag people for Loli/Shocon stuff.
I think anybody who take what Mimi saying at face value should be questioned. Either this event didn't happen and or it did happen and Mimi is lying to cover her tracks.

The biggest question is, why would Mimi, a day after her release, start purging her online footprint if what she drew was nothing wrong? Or is there something worse in her account, and she wants to delete it before someone finds it?
