This. Nick claim's the guy with the gun was clearly targeting him, proof being that he says "hey Nick," in the ring camera footage. However, Nick has a mountain of mail on his doorstep, all of which would have his name on it. If the guy truly wanted to get to Nick, why did he bother walking to another house and breaking in? Nick's door would come down with a kick or two and the guy would just kick/shoot a window out if he really needed to. Instead, he moved on and entered an unlocked residence where he killed their pets and then got killed by police.

So a neighbor gets into it with his friend(s?) and kills multiple people, runs around his nieghborhood trying to get into every house until he finally finds an unlocked door and holds there for his inevitable suicide by cop.

Well, if you think about it in the frames of "if he handled it better" and the resulting bodycam footage NOT existing, it makes sense.

I could see it easily be one of those clippable "Ws" or "SJW gets put in her place"moments. Yes, that's why I think it's just Google being weird. Google sometimes acts up like this.

Of course, it's possible that video is that popular, but the Google search deflated extremely quickly. Had it hold on a bit longer, I could have believed it's geninue, but at this point, I think it's simply google acting up. I will check again tomorrow.

To some extent it can, groypers with numerous sock accounts are sharing that clip, and average normie onlookers saw it in disgust. This then prompted them to search for his name and thereby inflating the trends. It's susceptible to manipulation like this.
Nick is a nobody, so a sudden spike would look like there's some major traffic when it's really just a few tens of thousands of people looking him up and then regretting the decision upon seeing that little homosexual beaner face.
