While funny, if we're being real here Izzat isn't something that the average Hindoo is fixated on 24/7. It's less a tangible thing/currency that Indians strive towards and more a word to describe the general honor/shame culture behavior of Indians, i.e "I can't let my sister marry whoever she wants after I've agreed with her cousin to engage her to him, what would people say?", it's something that I have very much observed in my own big, brown, beautiful life.
