It seems to be a mix of perceived internet friends and giving Nick alot of grace for helping most of the lawtubers grow and of course just wanting him to have his redemption arc (which will never fucking happen). Ian and Nate have had spats but somewhat buried the hatchet and interact a bit, even the likes of legalmindset and DUI Guy seem to have walked back their absolute condemnations. The only true holdouts left are Sean and Kurt who I dont think would ever go back to the balldo.

Nick has only lost viewers and subs since coming back, he cant run a stream to save his life, he clearly hates doing trial streams, dresses like a stereotypical ambulance chasing lawyer from an 80s comedy movie and isnt even licensed anymore. At this stage Ralph is more qualified to be on a lawtube panel than Nick is. All he does is create drama and shit up a stream, waste of time having him on unless you need an expert in dosing children or eating aarons goo.

One way Ethan (Klein) strengthened his position on that case was in registering the video with the Library of Congress ahead of its broadcast. While the Toe has done premiers, do I see him going to the cost and effort of the copyright registration? Much less hiring another lawyer in what would sure to be an expensive federal lawsuit?

No. Aaron doesn't have Ethan Klein money or a partner in Slampiece who has the same memetic powers as Hila. Or a trust fund to bankroll a lawsuit that would have minimal payout.

Runkle does have a history of cutting people off or refusing to associate with certain people.
-He isn't a big fan of DUI Guy after having met him in person I believe during the Depp trial.
-some guy accused a now deceased mod of his of faking cancer, among other things.

The change in dynamic is the most important part. No one is coming to him for clout, no one is asking to be on his streams.
He's going to hit under 400k within a few months. It'll be interesting as his YouTube channel declines, if it becomes more and more suspectable to reporting action.

Bossman's thread and this one show probation officers aren't exactly hardass drill sargeants putting the fear of God in their charges. They're more like the archetypal government employee who does the bare minimum to get a paycheck. The bar got even lower for that type of person during Covid, when tons of agencies turned every procedure possible into a Zoom call (which we see has stuck post-Covid in places like Kandyoshi County because it's a quick-and-dirty way to cut budgets). No probation officer has any desire to sit through literal days of repulsive Faggleverse streams to find a violation.

As I have said before, I am pretty sure we're already there. With his numbers, YouTube has little incentive to go out of their way to help him anymore.
