Watching it in slow-mo, he got tapped in the jaw near his ramus, I doubt the dude that hit him was packing enough heat to snap his jaw, plus he wouldn't be up on his feet again afterward. It's also hard to call it a sucker punch when he stepped into the middle of a fight, you kind of have to expect retaliation.

The structure of the punch gets broken, and he ends up hitting with his forearm, but there is so much torque that his arm bounces back so far that he's delivering a second haymaker by the next frame.
