This is very interesting imo. He’s referring to legal Airbnb stays that he obviously approved and profited from as swatting incidents. He didn’t even know that the renter was a stalker child til after the fact and he’s arguing in federal court that the city KNEW he had stalkers staying at his house. Where I’m confused is the part where no swatting incidents ever occurred while he had a renter. Only during vacancies. But now Pat is admitting that he approved a stalker child stay and despite no police presence, response or report during that time the city is somehow responsible. I got this shot from Owen so maybe I’m missing context here but this still doesn’t make any sense.

I admittedly haven’t read the whole filing but from the screenshots posted it seems like his lawyers are just throwing anything at the wall to see what sticks. Rick and Nick obviously approved the stay so I don’t see how or why the city should concern themselves with the free will of a private citizen and the use of their property.
