The story of his downfall could make for an entertaining read but the trouble is that Pat's really not very interesting most of the time because he just rehashes the same handful of topics over and over again on his shitty podcast that with his checked-out stoner asshole sidekick nodding along to whatever shit he's yammering on about. "Video game scalping is bad", "shelf collectors are bad" (from the biggest shelf collector on Earth) and, of course, his favourite topic, "I own lots of rare Nintendo landfill that is only rare because nobody on Earth wants a pair of Mario swim trunks, and that makes me an authority on video games". The thread would fizzle out pretty fast because Pat's the most tedious "personality" in the entire retro gaming scene.
 
Pat's an anti-cow. He's not interesting or funny really. He's just.. there. The only thing of note he ever did was take credit for canceling the Amico, which was a dead end stupid idea anyway.

His worst content is always the video game crap. The only time he's made any kind of decent points was bashing the DCEU and he barely did that. He'd be better talking about current events but he's a shitlib and he can't really come down on the DEI bullshit media that's out now. Ian has been checked out for a decade or more and just goes 'yeah that's right' mostly.

He's in the best possible place on this site, 2nd fiddle to James. Somehow he seems to have made major bank with the stupid books he did. Speaking of I guess he finally did the N64 one. He sold a lot of the NES and SNES ones but I doubt the N64 did that great since he barely even talked about it. And he got ghost writers to do them all anyway and look at what he charges.
