Malpractice cases require that the plaintiff can prove there was a deviation from the standard of care that directly caused the poor cosmetic outcome. Because troon surgery is all super secret techniques which vary between surgeons, it’s difficult to establish what “the norm” is and whether the doctors did something outside of that norm or failed to do something they should have done.Chinwe Kpaduwa. Seems OP scrubbed any mention of it due to her intent to pursue litigation, but based on another comment she made, the statue of limitations for the surgery may have already passed by now (though I don't know anything about California malpractice law, so take it with a grain of salt).
